What a joke this place is. The prices are higher than the competitors and half the brushes don't work. But they dont tell you about that when you are paying. The brushes have been broken for months. Today I asked the young lady if they were all working and she said no so I asked for a refund. She said she couldnt do that. I understand that mechanical things break down but, if you cannot provide 100% of what the customer is paying for, try closing your business until you can instead of stealing from people. Never again will I do business with ANY Take 5 location.

Awful place. Went yesterday to wash car and only two people working. No one scrubbed windows or front for bugs. Half the brushes weren’t working. They were strapped up or gone. I can pee harder than the water pressure and the car did not get clean at all! Vacuums not working properly either! Waste of money! Will never go back there!

This normally isn’t a bad car wash and I enjoy take 5 but I have been paying full price for 4 months and their top rotators haven’t been working. The other locations are great, it’s just the location off of Kenosha.

Parts are always broken, leaving the car half clean. Same with some of the vacuums. Their scanner to open the gates also only works part of the time so you're left waiting while other cars go right in. And they don't have enough staff to help anyone who is stuck due to their flawed technology. I've had a subscription here for a long time, but I've finally had enough. Time to find a place that invests more into their overall customer experience.

Customer service was horrible. Drove up and no one was outside so I pulled into the wash and a girl came out to scrub the bugs off and the manager walked out there and said no! And proceeded to tell put the car in Neutral
and take your foot off the break. Just rude all around and I will be canceling my membership as well

Continually deteriorating tunnel hardware. This place has been getting worse and worse for over a year now. The "members only express lane" is usually the only lane even open, so you are always stuck waiting for other people to be taken care of before going through with your membership. Instead of using cameras and license plates like other places, Take 5 forces you to put an unreliable RFID sticker on your car that eventually quits working. Finally gave up on this place after a bad experience with an employee.

We have an account here, and are able to enjoy a clean vehicle several times a month. This has proven very beneficial and a great convenience. The service is always great. And we leave a tip each visit for the service attendant. Not necessary, but we highly recommend to show gratitude. And the location is so very convenient to our home.

The car was seems to be under repair each week . I don’t remember a time that all parts inside the wash were working properly . This property is too new to always have issues with repair
