Bought four chairs at almost cost today. 8 ambery pleased with my purchase. Went there to help a friend find a couch for his house and ended up purchasing something for myself.

I am unable to recommend this company for any furniture purchase. There is no service after the purchase. I have been trying to get my Flexsteel furniture fixed for over a year. I have called multiple time and even went to the store 3 time this company did not follow up on anything.They gave me the part finally but never called or showed up to replace the seat cushion. Buy at your own risk.
So I got a phone call from the store today. Kevin, you were more interested in complaining about this bad review instead of trying to make it right. So……no this would not have been a free labor service by your store as this claim was submitted by me to your store within the first year of purchase. This is 13 months of trying to get this resolved. That Sir would have been covered by Flexsteel. You still get an F for customer service.

I wanted to start the year out by thanking the wonderful people at southerlands furniture gallery. My husband and I purchased several pieces for our new home and our Sons new home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the pieces and the service we received. By far the best service in Tulsa/ BA. Thank you Kevin and Randy for helping us make our home a home with all the finishing touches. ♥️The Heaths!

Our bed arrived in a different color and different fabric than the display we ordered. It was missing most of the screws and two side tabs were badly bent right out of the box. We tried to get Sutherlands to exchange it but were told it’s no longer in stock. The manager was extremely rude and arrogant. They did get us the screws off their display but not without a lot of scene creating arguing from the warehouse guy who argued these were the same “they just changed color under the lights”. We had the side piece laying on a display bed next to the bed we thought we ordered. What we received was a taupe chenille with bronzed metal, what was on display was a grey velvet with dark gunmetal gray frame. The manager watched it all and did nothing to intervene, at one point our salesman even tried to stop the warehouse guy loudly exclaiming how these are clearly two different fabrics and different colors. At which point the warehouse kid snarls “well take this to the front because I don’t want to be here late”. (A hour before closing.) The salesman tried to shut the kid up and walk us away but the kid followed still hellbent on arguing with someone. The manager shrugged and said “he’s not my employee”. In the end, the salesman was the only person who tried to make things right. I don’t know if we got the manager on a bad day but we have never been spoken to so rudely, especially for a problem we didn’t create! He actually told us he would be thrilled if we never came back! He will get his wish, we will not be buying from here again as the quality is very poor and the manager and warehouse worker were so very rude and hostile. Pity because the salesman was so very helpful and kind.

This place is the biggest scam out there. Bought 5K in furniture. They scammed us into the warranty which is $500 said how amazing it was and how it’s super beneficial. About 3-4 months into having our couch we filed a claim on it… STILL to this day have never heard from the warranty company! The few times I’ve reach out they say the manufacturer is out of stock on the material to repair couch. This has been about 2 years since we filed a claim. Whatever you do don’t shop here and if you do DEFINITELY don’t buy there worthless POS warranty

They had some pretty comfortable mattresses, at decent prices, but.There was a big display of "My Pillow"'s right by the beds.I refuse to buy from any business that supports a fascist like Mike Lindell.

Be sure you fully confirm items of sale I was dissatisfied with sales person after the final sale and confirmation of furniture purchase lot of jumping thru hoops felt like I was mislead

Picked up furniture for a client and Rico the warehouse manager was a clown. He argued with us repeatedly to not open the furniture and inspect for damages. Once we of course found damages he couldn't find another piece that was not damaged. Seems only reason you'd argue about inspecting furniture was if you already knew it was damagedOverall terrible customer service. I asked for a store manager several times to which he stuck out his chest and said "I am the manager back here what I says goes" would not recommend buying furniture here!
