Stellar lives up to their name! They only recommend needed repairs, provide detailed quotes ahead of time for any repairs required (including pictures), and provide excellent service at a fair price. I can't recommend them enough!

My mother-in-law recently had her car serviced at Stellar Auto Service which I assisted with due to her getting ill. The staff were friendly and repairs were on time. However, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and the attention to detail in the final touches. A 3 out of 5 stars rating reflects our mixed experience.Now for the (I assume) owners comments, let's not mince words here: the inappropriate use of customer information to refute reviews is a dubious and, quite frankly an unacceptable practice. It begs the question of what else you use customer information for.

I’m a small dealer & I recently brought a Tacoma to them that was sort of a “problem child” & was not getting fixed properly at another shop. The professionals at Stellar got it in quickly & diagnosed my issue in no time & fixed it & had me on my way super fast. They gave me great value & expertise & were more than fair with me.
