La shanda or whatever the managers name is has no idea what she’s doing. She put my privacy screen on wrong and said she would ship one out to me. Two weeks later & I’ve had to call the store, stay on hold for hours, & wasted so much time just to find out a “glitch” caused the order to never be placed. She also put me on an expensive insurance plan that i specifically said NO to!!! Absolutely terrible service.

Beware what staff tell you, always read the fine print. We worked with Travis, very saleman like. Walk away for a second to talk about it with family, and watch him become very disrespectful and no longer care. His tone and entire demeanor will change because he thinks he isn’t getting a sale. Also, watch what people tell you at this location. They hide a lot of stuff in print they don’t show you, then when you go back, be prepared to fight to get any help. They will come up with any excuse not to help. They don’t take digital IDs to then calling you a liar when they don’t want to take accountability for their actions. Record your conversations with the reps. After showing paperwork that Travis wrote down for us during his sales pitch he replied, “I didn’t sign that, Tmobile would never have me do that”. I was overcharged $200 on my fist bill. Just be aware.

Vada helped me, I had a tech problem for a few months. Vada you are awesome. Acknowledged me with a big welcome when I walked in, was very friendly and helpful. The 5 stars are for Vada.

Very upbeat and friendly work environment! I went in for help setting up my phone and the phone wasn't even through there service and they were still so eager to help me. I highly recommend this T- Mobil location!

There is a lady named “Shay” that works there. If you go into this store to create accounts or buy things through orders, please do NOT dealWith her.I transferred 5 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile and she told us our monthly bill would be $164 and we would get an extra $25 off per month for autopay $5 each line x 5 lines = $25. So when we got our bill it was $211. As I called customer service I was told that my monthly bill was going to be $211.The problem is in fact they tell you that you’ll get all these discounts but the paperwork you sign doesn’t show any of them. So without proof of what was told to you things get worse. ALSO we were supposed to get a $200 per line port over for bringing our same numbers from Verizon. After 22 days I was in contact with customer service about our bill which eventually got lowered to $179 because Shay did not tell us that the “free” 3rd line could NOT be added with the hometown discount. Also during that conversation with support I was made aware that in order to get the $200 (per line) port over credit I was supposed to complete a link that should’ve been texted to me the day I created the accounts. I was told I onlyHave 30 days to complete that link and it already been 22 days and the agent then sent me the links for 4 port over lines.IN SUMMARY: Shay not only FAILED to tell me that I couldn’t have hometown discount and free line. Which means my bill was higher than she told me it would be and something she would have been aware of the day she made the account but failed to inform me and decided to let me find out myself when my bill came. But she also almost made me lose my $800 credits for porting over 4 numbers from Verizon. I was going to purchase 5 iPhone 14’s and after her running my credit and making the orders on a finance order she told me I had to pay $4,489.00 upfront of the total $5,143.00 amount. Which is stupid if I’m going to pay 90% of the total amount upfront then why did you pull my credit (which is close to perfect).If you go to this location please do not deal with people who don’t know what they are doing. And honestly while it’s kinda weird it’s best to RECORD YOUR CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM. So they will not be able to he say, she saying on the phone with no prof of what you were told. Hope this helps.

I like this T-Mobile store. Really helpful. I went on a weekday around 2:30 pm. No one was in the store needing help. 6 service employees were all available. I was the only one in the store needing help. Got in and got out inquiring about buying a new phone. Prices, payment qualifications, ect. Vada helped me. She was very knowledgeable. Thanks!
