I went yesterday for the automatic car wash. Paid $10 and it never turned on. Please get me in contact with the owner. I didn’t see a phone number and tried knocking on the office door. I want a refund.

I really enjoy using Silver Auto to clean mine and my wife's cars. The wheel cleaner is good and bug-off cleaner works really well. The tri-foam provides a nice shine and the clear coat protectant has good beading. Seems to be good quality products as far as I can tell.Very friendly staff, always asking if everything is ok, I just forgot to mention the only thing is that the tri-foam seems to be either low pressure or needs topping up, it's using up a lot of time to cover the car.Vacuums work great, I've yet to try the touchless wash but will give it a go next week as I see it has an undercarriage clean as well!Highly recommend this car wash ?

Time actually went kind of fast for some reason usually I can atleast soap and presoak my truck and have like 3min 30sec left but but as soon as I got to pass door it shut off. I usually just spray wash and rinse never took me $6 to do that

I have used this car wash many times. Always has a good amount of soap and rinse. The No Spot rinse has done well in the past. The No Spot was not working July 22.

It’s a convenient place to get a touchless wash nearby. The automatic wash is so-so but gets the job done. Vacuums were recently upgraded and moved so that’s nice.

Just wanted to take a moment and share my experience with the new owners here. I was having an issue with my debit card trying to buy an auto wash, and when the owner exhausted all troubleshooting, she decided to pay out of her own pocket for my car wash. She didn’t have to, but insisted, and I truly appreciate that type of customer service! Excited to see what the future holds for the new owners here! Great car wash! Clean, safe, excellent water pressure, a wand and a brush as well as hand dryers in each bay. 2 Automatic wash bays available as well.

Update: I contacted the email on record and they told me I would be getting a refund. It has been 15 days and I still haven’t been refunded.Machine took my money but the wash wouldn’t start. The machine just said “wash in use” but it wasn’t.

I love that the vacuums are free! Not much is free these days. Not crowded if you go on a weekday. It cost a few dollars to wash your car, but be quick, the time runs out fast. I have become good at it now. Only cost about $3.00.

I only gave this car wash 2 stars because of its convenience with being open 24 hours. Other than that.. on two separate occasions I've lost a dollar worth of quarters by choosing the wrong (inoperable) machine. That alone is not the problem. The problem is there is no attendant and the only recourse you have is to email them about the problem. Life is too short to be trying to recoup $2 via email, and I think the proprietors know that.

I've been visiting the DIY part this carwash for years. It was the best wand type carwash for a long time. It's a little rundown, and some days I find one or two of bays out of order, along with one or two vacuums not working or just plain missing. . It's still the best DIY carwash in Broken Arrow. These type of facilities are getting harder to find.
