Store was closed before 7 pm and many staff employees just seat on counter and waved. Apparently, the salvation army doesn't need my money.

The team that works for the pickups is absolutely incredible. I was a tough customer and had to reschedule twice. The man on the phone was always so nice and polite and helpful. Think ChikFilA on overdrive. I’m Catholic and the Christian values the man portrayed on the phone made me feel better and made my day better, including saying have a blessed day, every time. Will only donate to Salvation Army from now on.

Best place to buy lightly used clothing & furniture. I truly love the Salvation Army. Their Adult Rehabilitation Program saved my life.

Half off Wednesdays are awesome. Except it's difficult to find parking, a cart, an the check out line is super long. It was about a 30 minute wait to check out. Besides that the workers are nice, prices are good, the place is neat and picked up.

Very low prices...lots of high quality clothes. Except for men's coats...which have already been bought up.

Always fun to treasure hunt at the Salvation Army store on 71st Street! This is the place to find that lamp or other unique furniture piece you’ve been looking for!

Bought some shirts and a few knick-knacks here. Helpful staff and it really felt clean (which is better than many thrift-stores).

I will never bring anything to this place. It's a shame when the community wants to help and we see government warnings about drop offs, not in their times. No boxes. I guess Broken Arrow wants to keep people on food stamps and welfare. Find somewhere else to give things to. Salvation Army has enough free stuff.

There's always an employee that has a I'm better than you attitude. But the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly in a professional way. They also have a selection of things in the store.
