Car trouble finally caught up with me today, but I was super pleased with the experience at Robertson Tire.
Their service was faster than they estimated, the cost was fair, they gave me some sound advice and information that I didn't have before, the staff was professional and friendly, and everything was as easy as you could hope for.
Hopefully I won't have to go back too soon, but I'll be glad to know the folks at Robertson will be there to help get me back on the road again.

Ran in late yesterday with a flat tire thirty minutes before closing and these guys were awesome. They repaired the tire and seemed genuinely happy to help. I have never had a bad experience here.

We brought our CRV in at 730a on a Monday for a soft break pedal issue. Same problem they fixed less than a year ago. They called us around 11a to advise that it would need a diagnosis, but also recommended the upsell of a transmission fluid wash because of a grinding noise. We agreed to both. They never called back. We called at 4p, only for them to explain that they only had time to flush the transmission and never checked the brakes. They weren’t even going to call us to say they wouldn’t be able to finish the job before closing.
It seems odd that they chose to fix the minor issue (grinding noise) instead of the safety issue of the soft break pedal. They wouldn’t flush the line again to even make it safe until we could another day off work.
Classic mechanic bait and switch, knowing we will come back for the break issue because it’s a safety issue and choosing instead to flush the transmission lines.
Devil’s Advocate: they claim they only have ONE mechanic on site and a lot of work left over from the weekend. But even if that was the case, a simple phone call to explain they aren’t going to get the job done would save the customer from having to choose to take another day off work or driving the vehicle in an unsafe condition.
Avoid this location, poor customer service and genuine lack of concern for customer safety. Trust is so hard to find in a mechanic, at least you don’t have to get burned here like we did.

Well I have been to many places for my family car care and this place my friends is GRAND! From the smiles to the serious calls to repair or even a routine tire rotation (highly recommended). Thank you to all at Robertson on Garnett (Tulsa). You all truly make caring for our vehicles fun and yet, serious when needed…?

I had almost flat tire and went to here and they found a screw stuck in the tire. They took it off "free of charge". In the past, I went to two other well-known tire places in this city for similar issue and both places said that they can't fix it and I need a new tire. After it happened to me a few times and I ended up paying for new tire (s), I became suspicious about the honesty of these two places. So, I decided to give this place a try. I found the people in this shop is honest. The shop is clean and spacious. It has nice waiting area and the shop is close to other stores that you can spend time instead of waiting here. I recommended this shop to my family members and co-workers. It's hard to find an honest auto mechanic shop in a new city when you move.

Drove from Atlanta, Georgia to Tulsa and made it 1 mile from our destination, and had a flat. I brought just the tire and rim in the next day and this wonderful company patched it for free and wish me well on my road trip. I tipped the service technician $20 for his time and thanked them. I highly recommend for any tire needs! They more than exceeded my expectations.

On Friday, December 22nd, 2023 I came in for a brake fluid flush on my 2009 Ford Crown Victoria P71 with 64,000 miles. The staff was so courteous and friendly, the customer waiting area was spotless. I was so impressed with their shop that I decided to have my power steering fluid flushed as well. Their knowledge and expertise can't be beat. They are way more affordable than going to the Ford dealership where I have been getting my vehicle serviced in the past. I would definitely recommend Robertson Tire to anyone looking to go somewhere other than the dealership.
