I do really like Reasors, it is the only choice Broken Arrow has unfortunately. Today again when I shooping at Reasors they offer T-Bone cuts for a good price....but they cut them so badly! When you buy a "T-Bone" they cut off the "EYE" and only offer the "Strip" side of the steak with a bone and bill it as à T-Bone. Please learn to cut meat correctly! And don't charge your customers for something they're not getting, but they are paying for!

When you have script that has a future date for refill they are totally oblivious to filling it when it’s due. Every time I have to call them and tell them it need to be filled. Today is a perfect example. They told me it would be filled today…you guessed it I received no notification that it was filled and ready for pickup. This happens everything. The pharmacy sucks big time!!!!

Reasor’s has taken advantage of the formula shortage. I purchased formula from this location and most of it expired in 2021. The other few cans expired in Jan 22. Will not trust this store again as they clearly do not care about putting babies health in danger.

Do be blunt, your credit card readers suck. My card was declined because of several attempts, due to poor instructions. No where is it indicated that you must invert the card in order to make the transaction. Very inconvenient, and now I need to call my card company to try and reactivate my account.

If you shop in the store, they’re fine. The quality of their meat and produce is very good. However, I cannot recommend doing grocery pick-up at this location. I have had problems with my last three orders. For example, their website listed the pork roast I ordered at an average of four pounds. The one I received was eight and a half. That is an enormous difference in size and price. I also ordered mild enchilada sauce but received medium. My daughter won’t eat anything but the mild so now I have to go back to the store with a baby in tow just to get enchilada sauce. Unfortunately you just need to shop in person.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. Every time I go through self check out something is wrong with their computers and I get directed to the regular cashiers and they have the worst piss poor attitudes I have ever experienced. This place sucks!

I'm a Walmart regular, so I'm used to the bare minimum when it comes to grocery shopping. I was truly impressed when I ran into Reasor's yesterday for a few items (Walmart's stock is rough these days). Firstly I was pleased with the floral selection; lots of arrangements, house plants, and seasonal goodies like mums and pumpkins. They also had a decent array of refrigerated beers. My favorite finds were the delicious sushi I happened to come across (on sale on Wednesday;)) and the frozen Chloe oat milk salted caramel bars: if you haven't tried these, go get yourself a box!! I am so ready for the new Reasor's location for south BA so I can finally ditch walmart.

Product is solid. Service is unequal if you are not white. The butchers pretend I'm not there. The cashiers don't acknowledge me. Yet EVERYONE else gets service. It's like being at Walmart and everyone else is treated like they are at Target racism

I'm a bit disappointed in this location. Normally, this location has really good produce. But lately, things don't seem to be as fresh. Today, I purchased cucumbers. When I got home, they were brown and soggy inside so I had to toss them. I also noticed that all the produce was really wet. I'm not sure what's going on with that, but it's making the produce really soggy. While in store, I wanted some romaine lettuce but all of the bags were expired yet still on the shelf. They expired in May, so it's not like it's within a day or so. Even the sushi had a Best By date of today. That's cutting it a bit close for me. I'm pregnant and don't want to take a chance eating old, out of date food. I don't think I will be purchasing any of the "fresh" products for awhile. I'll stick to Sprouts for that.

Always my number one food store. Even though I didn't get any Turkey legs or wings(they didn't have any) I was still able to get other items I needed and a Free Salad from the Sally Salad Machine
