I went through the car wash at 81st Street and Highway 51 and this was the first time I’ve ever been there. The lady that was there was working was very nice and helpful and I was excited to go there because I visit the QT next door frequently and I watched them build this car wash. But after choosing the $15 wash I was very disappointed because I had streaks on the passenger side door that wasn’t clean and it didn’t even touch my tailgate or my rear bumper at all because I had gotten a little dirt on my bumper after hauling something and that was one of the reasons I wanted to wash my truck. But I will never use this car wash again because I feel like I just wasted my $15 and my time.
10-17-2023 - After I received a email from who claimed to be the owner and said that they would make it right, they asked me about my experience with the car wash and I never heard anything back from anyone. I will never use this car wash again and if anyone asks me my opinion while I’m visiting the store next door I’m going to have to be honest. I honestly feel like I wasted my $15.

Very nice! It was my 1st time and had a free wash code and this gentleman could see I wasn't sure what to do and snap to my rescue he came help me and was so nice doing it....and it was quick and such a nice job of washing my ride! Thank you so much! I will recommend this place highly and often!!!

You cant pay cash then they charge your credit or debit card every month a re occurring charge with NO WAY to cancel. You call the the number on the website and the voicemail box is full. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! It is designed for companies with fleets of cars. Sad way to steel money from customers!

Love this car wash. Very clean and suction works great as compared to other car washes. Love the cloths. Only problem is they rarely tell me when to put car into neutral and I messed up a couple of times. (This could be a Me problem tho)

Signed up for the plan. The second time I go there it was closed 45 mins earlier than the posted closing time. A few times after that they were closed in the middle of the day. A week later cones up again and closed mid day. They were personally detailing two cars though? Two times I went to get a car wash in August they were closed. I told a lady I couldn’t get my car washed in August so I’d like to cancel. She said I wouldn’t be billed for august and I wrote down no car wash available in August. I still got billed the full $30. Not cool. Sure got the last $30 for free like I wouldn’t see it on my statement? Nice.
Never called back. Never refunded 9-10-2024

Convenient, quick and clean place with friendly and helpful staff. They cleaned some of the sticky dust on my car using a mop before entering the auto wash. For self vacuum, there are different vacuum heads that work really good. Many towels are available to use. And the unique plus is the air freshener they give you with even the simplest wash!

Great car wash with good monthly rates. They always make sure to spray the front and back windows and scrub bugs and gunk before the wash. Would be nice if the dry and vac station had spray bottles that could be used directly on the car instead of chained up though.

This has been the worst location. Such a weird way to get to it then it's so small if you don't come
In right in a strand truck you scratching rims. Then there is no mirror just like the location on highway 51 has no mirror. Bixby location is the only I've been to with a mirror so you don't scrape on mess up your alignment.
