HORRIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Look at the reviews, that's what I wish I had done!! Save yourself and your car some grief!! Go to Midas in Bixby! My story is too long, and I've already wasted 5 hours of my time on them today... and honestly it's just too frustrating to re-live.TRUST me they are pushy liars, unorganized, highly priced and I'm feeling the stress come back sooooo I'm stopping myself there. Weird... Midas didn't find the problem they said I had and my AC is running great now. I put other reviews that people left in my pictures. I really wished I had of looked at the reviews beforehand. Being on the Yelp Squad I should of knew better.

I had an amazing experience at Matthew’s Ford from the minute I walked in the door. I’m in love with my new Ford Edge and am very happy with my purchase. Scott was so helpful and treated me great! Brian, the manager, was so kind and Ryan, in finance, was awesome!

The absolute WORST Ford Service Department I have ever experienced! I currently own 3 Ford vehicles and have been a loyal Ford owner for the past 30 years and NEVER got treated the way I have at Matthews Ford service department. The manager wouldn't even take the time to talk to me the last time I had an issue. I will be taking my vehicles to Bill Knight from now on as I have heard from several people that they are kind to their customers and work hard to keep their business.

I will NOT be taking my car to Matthews Ford for any more service work! I have been to their service department three different times for warranty work and each time has been worse than the previous. The customer service reps are rude and the managers aren't any better. I think they saw a young, dumb female and tried to take advantage of me! If you are female, young or old, be cautious at Matthews Ford! I don't trust them, and I hate to see any other women taken advantage of by this dealership! Stay Away!

My experience at Matthews Ford service dept. was excellent. The took care of everything on time and communicated with me well. I was able to take care of other responsibilities because they were very clear about what they were doing to my truck.

I made a 1 pm appointment for Matthew Ford “Quick Lane” for the Works package for my Ford vehicle I had purchased from them. I was told that I would have a 1 1/2 hour wait before they could get to me. I told them that I had made an appointment. They said that there were several cars in the queue ahead of me, and that it was a “first come-first serve” basis. I asked if these other cars had made appointments, and they said no. I raised a ruckus and the manager did get me in, but it still took 1 hour and 40 minutes for them to finish the service. Additionally, I am not even sure that they did all of that checklist for the “works package” as the usual checklist was not added to my invoice. To say that I was disappointed and dissatisfied is an understatement!

Took my truck in to get fixed. 37,000 miles on an F150 . Electrical issues. Misfire, timing sensor alerts, motor control faults, oil pressure warning for a brief second while driving. Checked oil. 9/10th Full on dipstick. Issue kept happening, so I kept checking. (Fault info provided by Ford Pass app and my own scanner as well as dash alerts) Made appointment with Mathews Ford two weeks in advance. About 10am I get a call from Curtis the service advisor that the oil was low? Said if I change the oil it would fix the problem. Being that I was a few 100 miles before needing an oil change I agreed. Didn't hear from him until the next day when I called him (3pm) and he told me the oil changed fixed the problem and they had to reprogram computer. Had to reprogram computer?, I thought. Wasn't the oil change the problem he said would fix it? At this point I knew they got me for an oil change that I didn't really want done with them. Normally takes an hour and half or more and it's too pricey. The next day I call and he says my trucks not done yet and he would call me tomorrow when it is done. The next day I get a call telling me that it's ready and Around 3pm I go in to get my truck thinking I'm just going to have to pay for an oil change. Nope it's $265, with my extended warranty Plus plan... so he claims it doesn't cover diagnostic fees. But when they sold me the extended warranty I was told I would pay Zero dollars if I took my truck to them, or $100 if I took it to another Ford dealership. Service advisor didn't advised me of this "new" diagnostic fee or changes in the policy before hand. So not only did they get me on this fee, they got me on the oil change that a reprogrammed computer fixed. Service advisor even changed the paperwork to say No oil in truck but nothing mentioned about reprogramming computer. And if it truly was out of oil, (which it wasn't) ,where did it go and why didn't they look for a problem?!? Obviously it's an issue if they claim no oil in less than 3 thousand miles! And he's not worried because it's a lie! Plus I was changed $27 dollars additional for hazardous waste removal ??? What was that??? USED OIL! Told the service advisor that I wouldn't be back and he said that if I didn't believe him that he didn't want me back. He did say he would give me a "discount" and I declined because thats not why I'm so ticked! He tried to make it my fault to back up his claim of "no oil" . I've rebuilt motors before so im not an idiot to checking oil. Im an electrician and have work on many systems including low volt system and I know system faults and electrical issues when I see it! Know who your talking to before you make accusations that you know nothing about! Everyone Please take note, Everytime I deal with these people I run into something shady! There are plenty of other dealerships you could go to without having to deal with this garbage. I would also advise you to NEVER buy an extended warranty Plus through them if they can't even honor the agreement of Zero cost . I'd also like to tell Saleman Jose that I was talking with, sorry , but I'm not buying my 4th vehicle with Mathews Ford . I'm going elsewhere! Bruce V

i brought my car in to get an oil change and my tires rotated. the following day when i was driving, i could hear a humming noise and when i would let go of my steering wheel it would go all the way to the right. i called quick lane to let them know, they told me to bring it in. i did. they drove my car around and told me it was normal and it had to do with the way the road was. i decided to get a second opinion. the person i took it to told me that my front tires were chopping on the inside shoulder due to them not being rotated enough, and on top of that when he checked my oil, he told me it was over filled by a quart and a half.

Contacted Mathews Ford Dealership today as they had a significant Dealer Discount of $34k on a 2023 Ford F150 XLT, which the truck came out to $30,212. After I contacted sales they told me the price was $64k and that must have been a mistake. Who makes a dramatic mistake like this...really?? They were using a bait and switch tactic on me and/or they were doing this dramatic sale price to obtain attention and get folks to call and persuade you into buying something else. Be careful with this sneaky dealer and I would do any negotiating via email to get an OTD or you will loose leverage if you go to the dealership. Anyhow I wouldn't even recommend going here.

Trent Hendricks from Matthews Ford in BA did a great job in helping me find the right car. He went above and beyond most sell’s people and i would highly recommend him if you’re in the market for a vehicle. He has a great personality and attitude and I enjoyed working with him. This was my 3rd purchase from Matthews and was my best experience yet. Thanks again Trent.

I took my 2008 F350 in for an oil change and asked them to inspect belts and hoses etc. because I was about to take a trip and pull my camper. They put it up on the lift and showed me that my brakes were bad because there was rust around The outer top edge of the disc that nothing ever touches and would be rusty on any vehicle. They also told me my shocks needed to be replaced because they had surface rust on them also not true then they informed me I had a transmission leak and showed me where the fluid was running down the bottom of the transmission It was clear and there was no buildup. I took my truck to a reputable transmission shop yesterday and they inspected everything and said that there is nothing wrong with my brakes, shocks or my transmission and that was actually engine oil from them changing my oil. I've always had good service there but that one time is all it takes to lose my business. Never again!

I HAVE HAD IT . I get things happen. Matthew Ford has had my vehicle for over a month in the service department. I can't even enjoy my new vehicle. ALL I WANT IS MY VEHICLE DONE & BACK TO ME.

Couldn’t be more happy with my bronco I purchased. It took a little longer than I liked to take ownership of my bronco, a little over a year and a half wait, but the team at Matthews ford communicated with me during the process and kept me informed. Salesman, Tyler Steel, was awesome to deal with. Very friendly, straightforward guy.

Need a more tentative and friendly service writer. Took the wife’s truck to be serviced. The service writer asked what I needed done. I said I need an oil change. The service writer asked if I wanted the tires rotated. I said no. We are going to be replacing the tires soon. After about 2-1/2 hours the service was done. As I’m looking at the charges. The service writer put down for a tire rotation and I was being charged for a tire rotation I didn’t not request. By this point the writer had already run my card. I asked did you charge me for a tire rotation? He said yes. I said I didn’t request the tires be rotated. He said oh. He said I’ll give a free oil change next time. I said no. Id like to be charged for what I requested. Which that seemed to irritate him that he had to refund me and charger my card again. Meanwhile, I was reading the technician notes of my service. The tech noted he did not rotate the tires because of wear and that the best tires were already on the front. The tech also noted we needed an air filter and a cabin air filter. Which the service writer never mentioned those items needed to be replaced, because he never read what the tech did. So do you think I asked him about getting those items replaced. Nope I paid and left. So if you go to this dealer for quick lane service make sure you look at what you are being charged for and what services the tech recommends. I’m sure if the wife would’ve taken the truck we would’ve been charged for the tire rotation and she would’ve never knew anything different. I own a Dodge and take it to Dodge for service. It is night and day of how their service department operates. I will be asking Dodge if they can service the wife’s Ford. Hope this helps anyone in the future.

I would like to give a good review but I don’t that now.. I Bought a Ford Edge 2019 on 4/27/2023 I had my car two weeks & the reverse went out in. I took back to Car lot and had put in service department. I was told that I had to wait for my warranty to kick in on May 27th, I was ok with that. I was also told they would start working on it the day after Memorial Day & they did not do that. I got a call from sales man asking me to bring ing in the vehicle I was driving he wanted to put me in another car while my car was still in the service department.. I ask my salesman when my car was going to be done he told me they had started working on it and probably would not until week.. I was VERY UPSET & FRUSTRATED. I can’t even enjoy driving my car which I have already made a payment.. I work my butt off to get this car.. I fill like they knew there were problems with this car when they sold it to me. That’s just my opinion..MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THERE A MONTH.. I finally spoke to the service department and General manager about my vehicle they helped me.. . I think with all the waiting I have had to do on my vehicle .. I think they should pay two months of my car payment..O, By The Way I put a review on their page and some one removed.. I was telling the truth about what has happened.. They don’t want people to see the truth.. I looked at this way they would not someone doing their family members like this ..
