“Both the pharmacist and technician were amazingly kind here. I had an ear infection and was in a lot of pain, and they checked up on me while I waited and offered me water. They were out of the ear drops I needed, and they spent a lot of time trying to hunt some down or find an alternative. They ended up transferring it to another pharmacy so that I didn't need to wait till the next day for the drops. They even called and sent in the request for me. I will start having all of my prescriptions sent here in the future.”

“I'm a Walmart regular, so I'm used to the bare minimum when it comes to grocery shopping. I was truly impressed when I ran into Reasor's yesterday for a few items (Walmart's stock is rough these days). Firstly I was pleased with the floral selection; lots of arrangements, house plants, and seasonal goodies like mums and pumpkins. They also had a decent array of refrigerated beers. My favorite finds were the delicious sushi I happened to come across (on sale on Wednesday;)) and the frozen Chloe oat milk salted caramel bars: if you haven't tried these, go get yourself a box!! I am so ready for the new Reasor's location for south BA so I can finally ditch walmart.”

“I recommend the pharmacy! It a very large pharmacy with a lot of volume. It has four customer service stations. I was a new customer with a new medical insurance. The representative was courteous and professional. They called my insurance plan to get more information which saved me money. They also verified my dosage. This please process your medication quickly considering how much volume of customers.”
“Yesterday, I was in buying some stamps for my business, and got a little annoyed at the online receipt, because I keep printed receipts for auditing when using my bank card. The manager and cashier sensed my frustration. The manager, instead of blowing me off, offered to print up the receipt. He ditched his mop (he was mopping the aisle) and ran to the back and literally printed a receipt from the back office printer. Wow! That's the kind of customer service we've been missing since 2020. Walgreens, you've hired some great staff at this location. The cashier was very kind, as well!”

This month, Sandy (a pharm tech, I believe?) put a coupon on both and saved me literally HUNDREDS of dollars. I was about to have all my meds moved to a different pharmacy, but she earned our loyalty back. Five stars for Sandy!”

I met Minley yesterday she said she had been working there for a couple months which kind of surprised me because she knew who I remembered who I was and also knew who I was picking up for.
