The worse service I have ever received. Went to do an exchange (not a refund) and they couldn't find me in the system so they wouldn't exchange the product. However, two other O'Reilly Auto Parts store were able to find me in the system and I was told by the manager that I need to go back to the orignal store. So I did and they took care of me and even apologized for the lazy manager in Broken Arrow off of Elm. If you have an issue in Broken Arrow, don't go to O'Reilly's!

Got a $300 battery with warrantyIt’s still under warranty but they won’t replace becouse they said it seems to be holding charge. Even though it’s not and I have to keep jumping it and putting it on charger hours at a time

Don't expect good service.Purchased a battery from them and spoke with the manager but he seemed to have better things to do so I moved on to an employee. He got me the battery I needed and asked if I was installing it there which I was. I didn't have the right tools and was struggling in the cold rain but they just watched and didn't offer tools that worked better or help of any kind. When I went back in to give them the battery they just talked to themselves without any acknowledgement of me or where I should place the old battery. I finally just laid it on the counter and walked out.The battery worked but doesn't seem like any employees do.

These guys have always been my go-to! Love this place! Tulsa DESPERATELY NEEDS the paint mixing center, though!!! T'would be TREMENDOUSLY wicked awesome, just sayin'.
