The place is pretty good the guy who usually is there when we go always does his job and spray the front of car etc but we went just now at 6 and that kid who is there just picked it up did one spray threw it and went to go sit himself down.

I got the $25 wash today & my car was still dirty, so I pulled around to let them know & they sent me back through the wash. The 2nd time around my car was still dirty. I just drove off, will not be back.

I used to be happy with them, then the overhaul came and it hasn’t worked right since. I have gone in to cancel my membership 5 months in a row, been assured each time that it was done, only to continue to have my card charged.

No clean towels and the vacuums were weak.

The vacuums are usually clogged so they don't suck anything up. No clean towels ready for use. I always have to ask an employee for a towel. I always have to go find an employee so I can ask them for a towel. The other Okie car washes are better. The car wash always gets my car cleaned.

Normally this carwash is great.
I've noticed recently they're blocking off the drive to the car wash Before 8pm, generally when it's the kids working.
I Just went by and it was blocked off at 7:50pm.

My new Hyundai Tucson is scratched so bad and I never realized after the freeze cause I work 7a to 7p now that I am off sun shining on it you can see how bad it is. I am a monthly customer and I went by to talk to mgr and he said it wasn’t in 72 hours they can’t do anything. I feel their rags were still frozen and that’s what did it. But I am a woman and I didn’t pay attention until today. I feel the company should at least pay to have it buffed out. I cancelled my membership today. And my sons are both cancelling theirs. Poor customer service and damaged on my new car only got 11,000 miles on it. Blue so it really shows bad.think twice before you ever get your car washed there.

We had the cheapest carwash and it did okay. We had issues with vacuums not working and no wipes/towels. The attendant said it would be fixed by next time. That doesn't do us any favor as we're from out of town.

Very good quality wash. I especially like the monthly club membership. I wash my truck 4 to 6 times a month for $44.99.

Was a fan of the previous owner. Told I would be grandfathered in and wasn't. Overcharged several times. Way, way too much work to cancel subscription.
