Load team moved a large created mirror to the garage then forgot to load it on the truck. The driver and his company fought for weeks with the origen agent over who was responsible, never keeping me in the loop on when I world very my mirror.

The mattress’s were to be boxed, but were bagged, but overall good. They moved the piano instead of requiring a third party. They picked up on time and delivered on time. The one discrepancy does not take away significantly. Simply stated, they had the best value proposition - a good service at a fair price.

It was great having someone come to my house to estimate how much my load would be before giving me a quote. And the price was comparable to some of the online only companies so I chose North American.
They carefully but quickly loaded the equivalent of two households in about 8 hours time. Padded and shrink wrapped all furniture to protect it. And cleaned up each room as they completed loading and were careful not to leave a mess behind.
At our new location they labeled each room to match our box labeling and quickly got everything to the correct room in the house. They even reassembled furniture and arranged it to our request. Again they cleaned up after themselves and left us with beds ready for bedding and furniture to sit on.
I’d use them again!

The pack and move out was great except for miscommunication about mattress boxes. The unpacking was a huge disappointment and not any where near what we were told to expect. Too much responsibility is put on the drivers with little or no support evident. Our unloading / unpacking crew were 3 1/2 hours late and totally unprofessional when they arrived. We ended up asking our 78 year old neighbor, his 13 and 15 year old grand sons, and their Dad for help. I would Not recommend this company without a guaranteed responsible crew at both ends.

After receiving our estimate from Rob, we decided to sell a lot of our furniture since we were moving out of state and didn’t have a house yet. (Bedroom suites, bed with adjustable platform, sectional, rugs, end tables, 2 dining tables with chairs, washer and dryer, etc.) We had no issues with scheduling the moving date with John and the movers were great and very careful with the rest of our things which was mainly boxes. We asked twice for the final weight of the truck, which we were told (multiple times) would be taken prior to delivery for payment. Our items were delivered to our storage unit and a payment was never taken. The final weight was never taken. After many calls and emails for 2 months discussing the driver not answering any of their calls to discuss the weight, we were told we had to pay the estimate price. So we were screwed over by selling our items and still having to pay for them based on an “estimate”.

From the estimator Rob, the facilitator John, driver Edgar and crew Cathy, Angelina, Mike and Jason it was perfection. Everyone was respectful and would help where needed especially in the I am an old lady and can we go a little slower so I can keep up. Also explaining so I understood even if it took more than once. All my stuff and I have a bunch was carefully wrapped, placed in bigger boxes, and labelled furniture was cushioned in rugs. By the time we finished I felt like family. I was never rushed even when it was late. They stayed until I was done and understood.

Movers arrived on time and pleasant to work with. Edgar the driver was very thorough in taging our items. The crew Mike, Jason and Angeline worked very hard and getting our items loaded. The next day they were great at unloading our items and placing furniture where we wanted it. Little did we know, they were planning to steal approximately 20 boxes of our items to include sterling silver, silver plate, collectible glassware, a hyla vacuum cleaner and a green doll chair. We contacted John Polinsky out of the Oklahoma City office who kept saying the crew must have dropped it off at another location even though we saw the items on the truck. We contacted the police and filed a report and are currently looking into hiring an attorney as approximately $10,000 of our items were stolen. Beware of the crew Edgar, Mike, Jason and Angelin out of Tulsa Oklahoma.

Edgar had a very good crew for packing and loading. They were pleasant and competent. I was very satisfied with their work and results. I would use them again.

Everyone from the salesman that made the initial call to the drivers that made the pickup and delivery were amazing and professional in every way. Our contact person (John)in Tulsa kept in contact with us frequently to keep us updated and work with our schedule.
