Customer service was outstanding! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had called ahead and the correct part I needed was already on the counter waiting till I arrived and didn't even have to request. They just go over and beyond to be as helpful as possible here. Would definitely recommend the NAPA location in Broken Arrow.

I have a 2004 Chevy Classic. It is very similar to the Malibu and Impala. The big discount auto parts stores don’t carry parts like disc brake pads for my car, although millions were made. NAPA has them in stock and a military discount. The people there were knowledgeable and very helpful.

The 2 fellas behind the counter took really good care of me. I was doing a brake job on my 2012 Toyota Tundra a couple weekends ago. The hard brake line developed a small pin-hole in it and was leaking. They did not have an exact replacement part for it, but they were able to provide me with an alternative solution. This was a dealership only item if I wanted an exact replacement part, which the dealership had to order in.Thanks for all your help guys!!

Fat Gandalf working at 0900 on 1/15/2022 tried to up sell me on a battery when I clearly asked for the less expensive one. Not only that, he's running some kind of scam on the core charge. Pretty sure this dude was high on the job and funding his habit by skimming the till. I walked out. Autozone up the street was happy to give me what I asked for, no hassle.
