The service of the bank staff is very bad! I need other bank routing number to make the transfer, and she couldn't go to the computer to check it for me, so I had to go to the bank to ask. After I came back, she told me that I still need to wait for the manager to handle it for me, and the manager didn't know where to go. The process took me more than three hours.

I would give it a negative rating if possible. member for over 17 years and have never been treated as badly as I was from the branch manger. This bank is not a bank I would recommend they do not care or treat members with dignity.

I was a MidFirst account holder for YEARS and recently moved to the broken arrow area.I started going to the MidFirst on 9th st and have never had such a terrible experience before.Cynde is one of the employees there and was so rude to me multiple times. I got to the point where I was driving an extra 30 minutes to a different location so I wouldn’t have to deal with her.I tried to bring in savings bonds and she told me No because it’s too time consuming and she doesn’t want to do that.I ended up switching to Arvest bank and have never had a problem there. I will never recommend MidFirst to any friends or family members.

Stopped in to open an account; Carissa assisted me. She was very pleasant. My personal situation encountered a glitch and she, very professionally, kept me apprised of what was needed for a smooth transaction. No matter the outcome, Carissa made a very good first impression. MidFirst should be proud to have her as an employee.
