Great customer service!! They called me just to make sure I wrote a check to another person. I love the ladies at the 61 and Lynn Lane branch. They are absolutely amazing.

Visited the Kenosha BA branch and the customer service right from the front office to the VP was excellent. Very positive experience with the bank and will be happy to recommend this branch to anyone.

Simon is usually who answers the phone when I call in with any issues and he always goes above and beyond! So nice and helpful!! But anytime I've dealt with others at this location I've always had a wonderful experience as well

Had a checking and savings account. I noticed there was a fee for $48 taken out of my savings account. I went to the branch and asked what the fee was for? She said it was because I transfered money more than 6 times. I told her nobody ever explained that to me. I was hoping she would talk to the manager or at least try to waive the fees. But nothing. I said I'm closing my accounts and she said ok.The customer service at this location is not the best. I planned to open my business accounts here. But I don't want a bank that doesn't care about their customers at all. I hope someone sees this and calls me if they care about why I closed all of my accounts.Take your business elsewhere!

They just treat people like they don't matter. Even this is the closest MidFirst to me, it's also the most inconvenient. This is why I gladly closed my account here and opened it with another branch.

Went in and filled out a business app to open a bank account. I have all my paperwork in order. They took copies of my documents. I was told they will call back. Week and a half goes by so I call them to follow up. Manager says will call back after taking all my information again. Never calls. I call again 3 weeks later and surprise they need to take my information so someone can call me back again. If you don’t have time to waste, maybe try another bank.

If there was a negative rating scale I would have chosen that. How dare you Troy and Cheryl yell and demean my husband. This is not customer service at all. He made an error and wrote down the wrong account number and Cheryl had to be snide and rude and tell him we should close our accounts because you know his type! Type of what!?! We will not be using your branch any longer so we don’t contaminate you with our “type”.
