I am absolutely disgusted with this store! 1532 Broken Arrow,OK. You are some of the worse people I have ever meet in my life and I am absolutely happy to be done with y'all. For someone to be so petty to mark my face with a X after I have left the company is so disrespectful. What makes it even worse is that this picture board is hung in the training room where every Monday the managers that sit in there and have their meeting. I hope y'all as a store is so happy. This is the worse company I have ever worked for! This store will never get my business again! I hope someone that matter in the corporate office gets this and sees exactly how this store acts!

When me and my husband walked in we went to the service counter and ask where we go to get a piece of glass and she told us and said I will get someone over there we wait about 5mins and this great spirit guy walked up his name was Scott he helped and also listen to us when we explained what had happened to our family hours after the incident and he was very sincere great staff

Always has what I need. Have done the order with the app and pick up, thinking it would save time. The last 3 trys with this approach have been very slow. Averaging 7-9 minutes of wait time until someone arrives to assist. This part the store of it could use some improvements.

Love the Lowe’s stores only place I will shop for home improvements but I recently moved to Broken Arrow and only complaint I have with the BA Lowe’s is getting someone to answer the phone in any department it’s always a process and wait time

Love this Lowes! Always has what I need for work and home! And the Garden center is technically my therapy office! Lol They always have the best Plant and Flower selections and the plant clearance racks are amazing! Also big fan of EVERYTHING Kobolt!!!

Better selection of refrigerators freezers ovens those type of things and overall better selection with a lot of things that I can no longer find at some of these other box stores. Ever since 2008 everybody's been keeping real tight on their stock. If two or three people don't use something anymore then they take it off the shelves. Kind of tired of that

Last time for me at this Lowes. Went yesterday a
nd there are NO Cashiers. It is ALL self checkout, there was a big line of people need to check out. Everyone was having issues with the card reader and there was TWO Lowes employees there watching & trying to help. Everyone was complaining. I'm going to Sutherlands, 14 miles away and actually Home Depot is only 12 miles away and a great store. Home Depot still has real live Cashiers. My kids always gave me Lowes gift cards for special ocassions. NO MORE. I text them this morning,"NO MORE LOWES GIFT CARDS FOE ME, get me HOME DEPOT gift cards. Lowes makes me sick, this was a real Bud Light moment for me and many, many others.
