The music out at the pumps are way too loud and even if others don't think so, they constantly cut out. It blasts your ear drums when you try to use your card and put in all the info to use the pump

The truth is, it's a terrible place. I went to put gas. 20 in bills, I had about 4 dollars in coins and about 42 in 5 and 10 and 12 cents. It was around 6:45 in the morning, Wednesday, the man who helped me when I took out the coins said in three Chet the teeth and count them I told him it's your job and he said don't count them and Melas said of course that Selas told me why he told me that he wasn't listening and I said well there I'll tell you when I look annoyed some clients didn't think what he did to me why My brother heard that he said terrible service, and I didn't go and ask them to pay with money, but the man is very despotic. I think they have to train them because if the client talks to them with respect, they have to serve them as they should.

Just went to this location a few minutes before midnight, but the guy working decided to close a few minutes early and basically screamed at me when I walked in. The doors were unlocked but the clerk was not behind the counter per the usual. Honestly, the employees here are terrible; excluding a few, and the store should just close and make way for a more professional establishment.

They never have anything ready. No grilled food...no tornados...EVER even at lunch time when they should have them ready. .but the workers phone was more important cause he was hunched down on his device when I walked in. This has been the last 3 times I've gone in to get an actual tornado ...... get it together 81st kum n go.

Front counter gentleman made me feel like an inconvenience for coming in. This is why I go to quick trip instead. This is the fourth or fifth time this has happened so I will wait in line across the street at QT over this interaction again

So, just yesterday I went to Kum and Go on 71st and Garnett to get Jull pods and become my husband and I are reward members we got money off. Today I went to the one on 81st and Garnett because I had to do a Walmart run. As a rule I prefer QuickTrip to Kum & Go but since they're offering their "members" a discount I came here instead. The girl working, Kelsey (not sure of spelling) was SO rude to me, all because I asked if she was sure members didn't get more of a discount when buying a 4 pack of pods. Clearly customer service is LOW on their list of to do's as a store and maybe even a company. I will never come back to this place again!

On the late night I went to Kum & Go Lance was very helpful and professional. I'm on a walker and he came and got My drinks. He offered to help Me outside however a customer came and she helped Me. I Always feel like a valued customer. I will always return back to that store.

Been here many times and will NEVER go back! Staff are unprofessional and act like the customers are an inconvenience. Today, I was charged the wrong amount for my drink and when I pointed it out, she asked what I wanted her to do about it. I will go to the Quiktrip across the street!
