On 9/8/23, I purchased Mohawk laminate flooring from Johnson floor. Jeff Rivers was the salesman he was pleasant. The installers came to my home and did a good job. However I have had a nightmare getting transition molding installed. the molding that was sent to my house is 1/2" thick on one side and 3/8" thick on the other. Mr. Mark Peterson came to my home while the installers were at my home and inspected the flooring but failed to resolve my issue with the height of the molding. My issue is 1/2" molding is unactable because of my wife's ambulation issues. I can not have her tripping over the 1/2" molding. A Mr. Chad Powell was supposed to be at my home on Thursday 10/12/23, to resolve this issue, he was a no show. I fully expect a lower profile molding to be installed that is satisfactory to me. To date I have no transition molding installed. I regret having done business with Johnson Floor & Home.Jack A. Campbell

We had new carpet and flooring put in. They had to come out several times to fix different things. We still have visible seams between the bedroom and living room areas. They had to come back and replace the transition piece between the flooring and the carpet. Still not satisfied with the job that they did.

I called Carpet One at Tulsa Hills in Tulsa, OK looking for grass carpet and said they could order it if I wanted them to. They suggested I use the store that was closest to me, which was at 65th & Garnett, to have it shipped to. I said I would go there to order it. I went to 65th & Garnett store and was told they didn't have it and could not get it. I asked why Tulsa Hills could get it but not the store at 65th & Garnett. They said they didn't carry it. Well I got upset with going in circles so I decided to go to Grigsbys Carpet instead to get it. Johnson Floor & Home Carpet One is to confusing to deal with. I think they need to hone the skills of their employees a little better so they are all on the same page.

Andy & James were wonderful to work with! They put tile and wood flooring in our house. We couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend these two. Our floors turned out amazing!!

They have limited tile selections for things like backsplashes. However, they were responsive in answering questions about my project.

This is my second experience with Johnson Floor and Home. In 2021 we had the carpet replaced in a small bedroom that we converted to an exercise room. Erik was the was the salesman we worked with. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the product he recommended and the installation was excellent. Everything was flawless. We decided to replace carpet in two other rooms a couple of weeks ago. Back to Johnson Floor and Home and Erik. I am very happy with the great deal on the new carpet and as before, the guys that did the install were professional and courteous. Big selection, great service, ask for Erik.

I was impressed with them in the beginning. As our business continued not so much. I could write a book about the lack of professionalism and integrity. Let's just say no recommendations from me about this company. I did file with the BBB against them.

Would not recommend. They love to sell you on the warranty but what they don't say is that they really don't honor any warranty. I spent $12k on Dream Weaver carpet and it's the worst. Can't get any stains out it snags. I turn in a claim only for them to send out a little old man with a spray bottle rag and scissors. He told me about all the claims that get denied and going to so many conferences that he could teach the class himself. So he knows how to get the carpet nice and wet make it stand up and take a picture like the stain came out. But when it dries guess what the stain is still there. My old carpet was worn but the stains still came out when you wiped them up not Dream Weaver. To top it off you feel lumps under the carpet I guess where they pieced the pad together everywhere and the carpet has bubbles all over where it wasn't stretched very well. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money.

Dang, I wish you could give less than one star So, last March, I had purchased laminate flooring from these guys. Good product. That's the last of the Good. You walk in and as you expect you are set upon immediately. Nice salesman. Took time going through what was they had and prices and all. We made our purchase and scheduled our install. From there on our experience was crap. The crew that came to install the flooring didn't speak English. My wife works from home and is on the phone ALL day. They were supposed to remove all of the furniture out and back in (since we paid extra for it). They moved it all to the kitchen and started tearing things up. They determined that my wood floor was not level so they put down an underlayment. Once it was dry, they could sand it and get it all even. Never mind covering all of my furniture and electronics, so they were under a 1/4" layer of dust. They made so much noise, my wife couldn't hear on the phone. She tried to communicate with them but was unsuccessful. I had to call the company and have them get in contact with the crew to tell them they needed to keep it down. Well, they were pissed off, so they decided to play marriache music at a ridiculous volume that I had to call again. They decided that they could use my garage to make all of their cuts. Needless to say, by garage was a complete dusty mess with pieces of planks and all sorts of stuff everywhere. They installed the flooring in two and a half days, which it was supposed to take longer, and we figured cool. We helped them put all the furniture back. They didn't bother to clean up the mess they made. We spent about 2 hours cleaning up the garage. Then we spent the next week cleaning our house top to bottom of all the dust. About 3 months went by and all of a sudden, in two areas about 20 feet apart we had huge bubbles under the flooring because they didn't leave any gap for expansion with the weather. We called them to come fix it. It took them 2 weeks to finally come out to take care of it. A couple months later we had transition strips popping off. I called them to come take care of it and it took 3 weeks to schedule it. They called and said they would be out on a Saturday morning to fix the problem. They didn't show up and didn't call. The following Monday I called and a manager said he would come out and take care of it himself. He did, and they have been fine. Now I have another transition strip that has come up (the last one to be redone) and I called them again. I never got a call back. I called a second time and was told by a so called manager that he would get in touch with them and someone would call. Crickets. I called again, extremely pissed off, and the guy told me someone would be out Saturday early to get it done. I never heard from them to confirm, so I called them yesterday to be sure. He tells me that they will be here between 8 and 10, but they will call first. After 10 I finally went to do my running around since I hadn't heard a word from them. It's now 2:45PM as I sit here leaving this review and I still haven't heard from those jackasses. Bottom Line..... I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH JOHNSON FLOOR AND HOME AGAI!!!!!!! If you choose to do so, it is a chance you will take. I wouldn't do it. They will NEVER get a good referral from me. If anyone tells me they plan on new carpet or flooring, I will tell them DO NOT get it from these bozos.

Do not go into this store expecting to see smiling, kind, helpful employees. (As advertised on the commercial's) Instead employee's on cell phones that rush to the back when you walk in. "Ponytail Dave" was not happy to answer question's or assist. It was pretty obvious I was "bothering him". When I asked. I took a picture of carpet I liked. His response "why are you taking a picture, you can't order it" if that is the case maybe, your display carpet should be updated. Can't say I would refer anyone here.

Horrible communication. My floors where to be installed an a Friday but on Thursday ar 445 they called to say they would have to reschedule due to being over booked then that changed to someone being sick. My husband and I had already taken the day off, so they come out on Saturday to put the floors in only to not have enough to complete the job.. great. So we order more flooring, the day they are suppose to come complete the job I get an email at 11 to say the flooring didn't come in. The Manger and salesperson act as if it's my fault.

Still waiting for someone to contact me about their negligent install. Been going back and forth with Brent for a couple of weeks just getting the run around that someone will contact me. They want us to pay more to get new floors reinstalled after they voided my floors manufacturer's warranty by not installing per manufacturer's specs as they claim they do. Customer service is terrible do not let them tell you otherwise if things go well it's ok if they do not good luck!
