Wish they had more inclusive sizes but they did add some so that's helpful. I like that they gift wrap and they have nice gift ideas for my friends and family. I will still go here, but I wish it was a little more affordable.”
“I have been a loyal Kay customer for a long time. I have never been more disrespected as I was at the Woodland Hills mall location. They were rude and did not care what I had to say. So I went to the Broken Arrow location, and they were the greatest. Very customer focused, they actually listened and were able to help.
And definitely not happy with the repair, guys. I had my ring resized & had to send it back 4 times before they could get it right at the Woodland Hills mall location. FYI, I give the repair guys a 1 star rating.”
