I had appointment on Saturday for 3:00 and Amanda was finishing up with people before me told me she would be with me soon. She called me over right away and looked over all my paperwork verified I wanted the short form like last year took care of paperwork gave me sheet of paper to mail in Federal taxes saw my I’d for state refund and bank info took a payment and was all done when within a couple of minutes of another customer came in for his appoint me to. I was happy to have it behind me for another year and peace of mind, Thanks Sandra Bell

Amanda Shively was absolutely wonderful!! She was super helpful and answered all my questions, she really knew her stuff!! This was my first year doing them by myself. I am going through a divorce and she was so good at making me feel comfortable and confident. Definitely hope she is there next year!!! She’s officially my tax lady ☺️

My tax lady Amanda Shively was vary thorough and efficient in preparing my return in under 45 minutes I recommend her and the Jackson Hewitt team when preparing your taxes. Someone needs to give that girl a raise
