Great customer service from start to finish. We talked through the problem I felt my truck needed fixed, and they gave me examples of what it could be. They diagnosed the issue, and it was a lot less of a problem than I thought and they saved me some money in the process. I’d highly recommend them.

I have had 2 different Hondas worked on recently. Ian’s did an extensive amount of work on both vehicles. Everything was fixed properly on first try and on time. The amounts quoted did not change. They were professional and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend.

took my car here and i will never take it anywhere else, they were friendly and knowledgeable and did an amazing job, they also changed one of my motor mounts free of charge since it’s something they found while they were repairing my water pump and timing belt assembly. very happy with my experience here and i highly recommend you give them a chance to not just take your money like most shop but EARN your money 5star shop in my book

I called Ian’s a while back to schedule an oil change like always every 6 months. It was easy and I appreciate their reminder texts when it got closer to my appointment. I dropped my Honda off at 8:00am the morning of my appointment and they messaged me around 9:15am that the service was complete and it was ready for pickup. Ian’s has been wonderful each time I’ve taken my car for service. The atmosphere is clean, professional and quick! Thanks again!
