The whole staff is outstanding, great customer service, I only had one NEGATIVE ISSUE and it was with the MANAGER SHANNON she was very rude towards me, I had questions on the different types of washes and I felt rushed!

$15 for a wash and half the vacuum hoses are gone and no place to throw your trash only a few cans for all the bays and they ALL over flowing. Don’t know what happened used to be the best car wash this has been a five star review for years.edit: on top of that the car isn’t clean either, every thing looked decent but the back looked horrible had to go to another car wash.

Dakota at fast wash in Broken Arrow did an excellent Job at cleaning my car. Sometimes the bumper is missed. But he went the extra mile to cover that well. Excellent customer service. Will be returning for another wash soon.

I love this place especially Joe. He’s a very hard worker always making sure car is sprayed off before entering car wash. This does not always happen if he’s not there.
