We got here a little before 10 am, it’s 1:30. We were told it would be an hour & a half before they could look at it & 30 minutes for the inspection. We left & ran errands, walk in & they say you’re next. They take the car & put it on the lift, 2 hours later we ask how long & he said you’re next. We have other things to do, so we just asked for the keys & would come back. Homie gets the car, puts the keys on & walks away without saying a word. After a bit we walk over & sure enough, our keys are just on the counter. What happened to customer service? Haha this place is a joke oh I forgot the best part. The guy at the front watched me stand in line for almost 10 minutes behind some lady getting a quote, eating his Braum’s before ever acknowledging me. We weren’t rude in the slightest. This place is just awful.

The men working at this store went over and above my expectations to take care of the problems with my 1956 T-bird. Very professional and competent in their job tasks.

Brian and Veronica were great helping me with replacing the tire that got a screw in it that was too close to be repaired. They ordered the new tire that wasn’t in stock and helped me get my car back on the road. Big thanks to Brian and Veronica!

This location needs new service writers.
With or without appointment, the whine about how shorthanded they are is a prerequisite to the excuses that will come next. Needed a valve stem replaced on a tire laying in the bed of our truck. The ten minute diatribe about how difficult it is to write work orders was interesting. Being told we needed to chase parts from the dealer was over the top. A tire shop that doesn’t have valve stems? Seriously? Got one from O’Reilly’s, installed it myself

I asked them to check my rear brakes while they were doing the tire rotation. They said I needed new rotors and a rear brake job totaling over $700. I took it to my mechanic and was able to replace the rear brake pads with ceramic for less than $150. I definitely did not need rotors. I will NOT be recommending THIS Hibdon to anyone.

I used to always bring my cars into this store since 2012, I have found recently within the last year that management has really gone downhill. You set “an appointment” and will sit in the lobby for 6 hours. If you don’t set an appointment you don’t have your vehicle for two or three days. Management always blames employees for calling in and complain about their busyness. I brought my vehicle in because it’s in need of some maintenance or repair. However simply because my vehicle isn’t throwing a code I was told they can’t work on it. Then when I mentioned I needed new spark plugs and would like a quote. I was told it would be over $2,000.00. They lie, they over charge, they say anything they want and treat you like they want. Was a customer for over a decade bringing in my vehicles. Now I am done and the staff and company could care less as other reviews if you read newest reviews truly show it.

Was at store today, place was very very busy! I think the guy at the counter was Brian?? Not the friendliest guy but recommended the correct tires for my Mustang Mache and had them at the store when he said they would be delivered!!!
Took awhile to get tires replaced as the guys in the back were very busy too!! I’ve been thinking there was something terribly wrong with my car but all along it was the tires!!!!!!
Thank you Hibdon Tire!!!!

Dropped my truck off for a tire leak.
Went to work to wait. Now I’m off work, and waiting in lobby, 8 and half hours later. I’ll never bring a vehicle here and you probably shouldn’t.

We were in there a couple weeks ago because my spouse's car's tire kept going down. I knew it was related to the valve stem in which they agreed it was however they did not carry one with the sensor bill in but said they could put one in without a sensor but the light would stay on. No big deal The lights been on forever due to other bad sensors. After about 3 hours I called to see if the car was ready and they said it was so we went picked it up. The valve stem was not replaced I discovered and it still losing air. They also stated I needed four new tires. That they were wearing incorrectly. Which is partially true due to the fact the car needs an alignment and that's not an option because in order to complete that it would require quite a bit more work. However while tires on one side of the car definitely are not in as good a shape as I would definitely are not in perfect shape. The other side has 80% tread and wearing just fine. I think they're trying to take advantage of the fact that they think I'm uneducated. Hibdon's used to hibtons used to be my go-to place and I would refer everyone to them. But after this experience that will not happen.

I thought my brakes were bad but after they checked, the brakes are about mid life. My tires are wearing and they have me a good quote. I'm not ready to replace the tires yet but I'll be back when I am.
