I really liked this place but it closed "temporarily" without notice or an opening date. Their communication sucks. They need to update their website and let us know what's going on. Many of us paid for memberships we can't use now.

There new safety cone only let one car through at a time makes a car wash take 10x longer. Will be canceling my account and going with a quicker solution.

Kindest people and the wash get my car perfectly clean. It leaves it spotless and got my free wash today. Thank you. You guys rock. And not the beautiful displays of color while it being washed. It's like a parry Inside the carwash.

I had to pick 1 star because it was the lowest I could rate. I purchased the $30 for 3 month special on May 6th. I used it May 6th and May 8th. Went by between 6pm and 7pm last week and they were not open. Went by the next day before 6pm and the place was still closed....when the signs say open until 8pm. I called and left a message last week about it and requested a call back. No return call. I spoke to the manager (Roy) and he got immediately defensive and confrontational about the excuses for not being open and for not returning my requested call back. Then he pulls the military card stating that he knows how to respond to public becaus he is ex-military. That raised a huge red flag for me. He was very unprofessional and as I read through other reviews....has a very hard time keeping this car wash going. I then asked for my money back, as I actually left another car wash plan to try to save a little money. No savings at all when the establishment can't stay open during the hours posted. Definitely will be passing it on to my family and friends to stay away from this business. Back to Tommy's, where I never should have left. I will wait and see if they actually give me my refund. Also...I requested to talk to the owner, or the least....the actual manager. Roy stated that HE was the one to talk to. How quaint...after he had just told me that he was the assistant manager. "Roy" is also a liar. Stated in front of 2 witnesses. Save yourselves the headache.

I bought the 3 month best of the best 50% off unlimited washes promo and I will definitely not renew. It unfortunately misses so much, mostly on the very back of my SUV that I go through a second or third time just in hopes it’ll do something better. Plus your hours state open every day 8am to 7pm. Why is it closed at 3:40pm?

Great car wash did a great job cleaning other than the back part of my suv was still dirty. I didn’t like how someone came out when I pulled up to help me she didn’t really give me a chance to make my own choices on the screen which bothered me I was planning on buying a month car wash membership but she took that option from me. Just felt uneasy having someone just standing there watching everything I was doing inside my car. I understand helping etc but that was just too much for me.

My husband bought me a voucher for a car wash here because he believes them to be the best in town. My husband uses his vehicle for work and it needs a very good wash very often. When I arrived a professionally dressed attendant came over to ask if I had been here before and if I needed help. I did end up needing help redeeming the voucher so it was really nice that he was there. He then met me at the beginning of the wash and walked me through getting started. About a minute into the wash the car wash stopped so he told me to hang tight so he could see what was going on. He quickly fixed the issue and the car wash started again. He was waiting for me at the end of the wash and offered to send me back through to get a "more even" wash. I graciously accepted his offer. The service that this gentleman provided was above and beyond what I would have expected as well as what I have gotten at previous car washing services. My car looks great and this gentleman made the process very easy and painless. For this reason, I will always be bringing my business to them!
