Leo Graves and his sweet wife saved me !!! We've been trying to get in touch with DISH for 8 days to no avail. GRAVES SATELLITE SERVICE answered my call after hours and resolved my issues. These are just the kind of local businesses that everyone should support. Thank you, again, Leo for the most excellent service, EVER!!!

I have used Leo 3 times in the past 5 years and have nothing but the highest praise. I just recently left DirectV and switched back to Dish, of course I used Leo because he and his Technician have always done things the right way. Everything was great, paid for installation which included all costs involved, such as mounting brackets etc. The day of installation I had the same Tech as before and he had been great in the past. The Tech wanted to use the same bracket the DirectV dish was mounted on instead of using the new bracket which fit the Dish equipment. He said he would have to cut a pipe which was fine with me if it was easier for him. All was well, then before he left he charged me $50 for cutting the pipe and he also expected me to the credit card fee of $3 or so. This never happened before and when I compared the receipt from Leo to the one I received from the Tech, they did not match. It did not say Leo Graves anywhere; it was a way for the Tech to make extra money. I called Leo and ask if this is normal and that I also that I thought my installation cost covered everything. I could tell it put Leo in an awkward spot. Leo said he would pay me back the $50 out of his pocket, but he would not approach his Tech. I live out of town and Leo said he would pay me but I would have to come by and pick the money, that is not my responsibility. The way the Tech’s receipt is set up this has to be a regular occurrence to make extra money. I have never written a review in my life, but this needs to be stated. I do love Leo and respect him, but his reaction to me being charged $50 seem to be an embarrassment to him. He told me he did not want bad press, I understand that. I really am being honest and feel others should know that when you pay for installation, there is a strong possibility the Technician may hit you up for additional charges. I know times are hard, I am totally disabled and live off of a tight budget, $50 I could use it back. This was not a totally honest transaction and others should just be aware of that fact. Leo I know you can do better, tell the people up that the Tech will likely charge an additional fee. Just be honest, I got blindsided.

It was good to deal directly with a real person instead of a voice on the phone. All my questions were answered by a very knowledgeable person. He was able to find a way to get service in my workshop without having to dig a trench to run a wire. The installer was quick, knew what he was doing and was personable. Graves Satellite did an outstanding job for me. Highly recommended.

Mr graves was the most helpful guy that i could ask for i have been on the phone with best buy and got hung up on six times and i was on the with verizon and no help on the phone with suddenlink and still no help so i look them up and he help me out with my problem and was very polite and very nice. i will suggest them to everyone

Excellent experience. Leo has great product knowledge. Their installation contractor, Terrance, is fantastic. 18 hours from being in the lobby of Graves Satellite to watching TV in my living room. Amazing!

Great experience. Call the office and Mr Graves himself answers the phone and deals with customer directly. No long wait times. Addresses questions in a polite and straightforward manner. Installation occurred when scheduled. This company gets 5 stars from me. Thank you Leo !!

Everything was great at install but once I had issues with my equipment the good service turned into no service. I was a full month without service and couldn't even get an appointment to look at my issues. Left message after message and not even a call back .

Soooo impressed! I have had a need for this man’s services twice lately. We were convinced after our Tailgater had taken a tumble it was inoperable. He quickly diagnosed our problem and sold us what we needed for $20. No charge for his time and easily could have made a sale on a new one, we assumed we had broken it.Two weeks later we are trying to use our Tailgater on a get away weekend and can’t get a picture on the TV. He was able to diagnose the problem (over the phone) in spite of the the clueless, technology challenged old lady trying to explain the problem. Customer for life and will recommend to everyone I know.
