Would give more stars but they don't answer thier phone. To me that is some really bad customer service. Some people can't just leave or hop over to the store to what's in stock and thier website is not very accurate.

My mother took my son up there to spend his birthday money on some items that he wanted to get (per his request). When he picked out his items they walked up to the counter the clerk gave my son his total and my mother told him to give him the clerk the amount . The employee then stated sarcastically “Nothing like having to pay for your own games on your birthday.”
First of all, how completely rude and ignorant to assume you know any situation and speaking without knowledge is just running your mouth.
Second of all, now my son is at home saying he was upset that the employee said anything at all.
He’s happy with us products but the customer service is poor. Very poor.

Usually this gamestop has a pretty good variety of action figures for the collectors out there. (star wars black series, and marvel legends)

It is a gamestop, not sure what to say. The employees are nice but I find that true of most people who work at a gamestop.

The employee in this GameStop seemed more interested in getting my telephone number than helping me right away. I get it. They're asked to do this, but it was still somewhat annoying. I didn't end up buying anything in there.
