Don’t buy your pool here, we have only had our pool 2 years and the pump already constantly leaks no matter what we do and the staff in the store don’t really have any helpful information. Paid way too much money to not be able to use our pool this quickly. Service calls are outrageously priced & they no longer honor the % off of chemicals we were promised now they do “galaxy bucks” ?? Staff are only helpful if you’re willing to purchase their over priced items. Replacement parts also aren’t refundable so basically they want you to fork out hundreds for service calls.

Our last visit to Galaxy included an introduction to, and the purchase of, an Aqua Comb, a great aid in cleaning the pool filter! It is easy to use and very effective. Check out the video on Galaxy's web site, and get yours on your next visit.

These people stopped to help me get a pump going that I didn't even buy from them or anything not even their job to work on a pump but they did so so I greatly appreciate them and highly recommend them for anybody to do business with them they seem to be all right people

Updating my previous 1 star review based upon my first interaction. I had a pool leak in a pool less than three years old. They originally quoated me $600 for the test and another $3k to replace the liner. Mike called me today and made it right, not only did they discount the service call but they sent a guy out today immediately to repair. Chase was very friendly and detailed in his troubleshooting. He was able to find and repair the small holes in my liner. They even fixed a return valve issue as well. Thank you Chase and Mike for going above and beyond to make this right.

I spoke to the Galaxy Tulsa store manager regarding ordering a new cover for our Jacuzzi Hotub which is 7 years old ((and has never caused us a problem). She immediately found our original purchase information and within minutes she emailed us a link to complete the purchase of the new cover. Amazing service which we geatly appreciated!

Update - Calvin and the team came through! Our new pump was installed yesterday morning, and an inspection was done on the pool. I'm happy to say we'll be swimming today. Thank you Calvin and the rest of you that helped throughout this past week.

Great experience with Galaxy. Calvin worked with me to help me decide on a hot tub that would best fit my needs. He talked me through the pros and cons of the different tubs based on the features I wanted. Chris was great to work with as well. He guided me through set up process. So glad I put my trust in them.
