Went back and forth for a day about a truck they had. Took forever to get the pics we asked for since we live out of town. Finally agreed to purchase truck for the price they were asking and all of a sudden it was sold! Since we were from out of town guess my money is not the same!!! Poor customer service from this place!! They also wouldn’t let me put a deposit on it earlier that day. Was too busy trying to get us to come down before end of the month!!!

Bought a car from Nate he was such a great salesman didn’t pressure me into anything. It took me several days to make up my mind. Very helpful! Rob was great also in finance I didn’t feel pressured I was able to walk away and come back! No hard sales. I had both my kids with me the whole time and they were great with them also. Thank you! My experience was wonderful. This is my 4th KIA, great brand. The other 3 were with another dealership. I found Ferguson and Lauren my sales rep much less pushy than my previous experience. Lauren was incredibly helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted. This is without a doubt my new dealership!

Recently, I applied for a financing application here for a vehicle, I thought they would pull my credit score maybe once or twice, but no they didn't even ask what bank or lender I wanted to use, they gave me a quote from one bank and it was insanely high in interest, then I said that won't work and I got an approval with my bank already, so I want to go with that one. They didn't listen to me and said they would try again with the bank that I already got approved with, so turns out, my credit score got pulled 4 times instead of just 2.

I've always been skeptical of dealerships, but the Ferguson group made buying a car so easy. I went in expecting to be overwhelmed by a bunch of people bugging me, asking if I've been helped or interested in something already. Quite the opposite, I had free reign of the lot to look at anything I was already interested in. On the 3rd visit, I was already fairly certain of my choice as I'd been shopping around at 4 other car lots. I walked in, asked for some help, and Mr. Maynor got me booked for a test drive. Charles had to jump through some hoops to make sure another salesman wasn't keeping it held for another customer, and he got it ready for me in a reasonable amount of time. After taking him with me for a test drive, he traded the seat over to my wife while we went out for quick spin. When we got back, I gave it a full checklist look around, added the fuel door spring to the list of things to fix, and they ordered the part then and there with no extra charge. After that, it was down to paperwork. Mr. O'Connor worked to get me the lowest possible APR like I wanted instead of the lowest monthly payment. The gentleman in finance outlined the entirety of the payment process well, and answered any questions I had in an easy to digest manner. He also outlined the added vehicle warranty and all of its great perks.
I do wish we could've talked more on price, but they're pretty firm unless you've got a great trade in. All-in-all, I'm happy with my purchase.
