Carlos (6 foot tall) was very helpful with any questions that we had and made sure to get everything figured out that we had concerns about. He is laid back and so is this dealership, no one was chasing after us in the parking lot lol

update: Sep 2024 - My Telluride has been fixed and was 100% covered by the warranty that Ferguson sold me by another dealership. The Ferguson team made no effort to get my car covered. I know this to be true because I ended up calling the warranty company and got all the notes and of how hard they tried and how many times they even called in. They only called once and then passed it off. The Jim Glover Auto Family stepped in and was able to get an adjuster out to see if Ferguson messed up my vehicle any further.
Huge Thanks to Jim Glover Dodge in Owasso for getting my car back on the road after I was tossed to the side.
Edit: No service after the sale. I had a feeling it was going to be a bad experience by the lack of communication with in the company. I got a text the day after dropping my car off asking if I actually dropped it off or needed to reschedule. (no one checked my car in I guess) I had to send text and leave 4 voice mails to get a call back - a week later - at which point I was given information about the payment of my vehicle and told if I had purchased the extended warranty due to the factory being about 30k miles over. Turns out I did purchase it and they just simply didn't look. (More lack of detail, attention and communication) I was finally - 2 weeks later - contacted by the service lane manager (who i'm assuming was to busy to step in until now) who assured that they had been working on the claim and that she or another manager would call me back with updates. Unfortunately someone else called me back and honestly told me they couldn't do and to call the warranty company myself. WOW... I as the customer who was sold the warranty BY FERGUSON now need to do the job of a service adviser.
This is a huge let down and honestly ever time I've been back has been a let down. I'm sure they are good people, I also know beyond the shadow of a doubt that there are much better dealers in the Tulsa metro area who want to take care of their customers and the community. I blame myself for going back despite my own service experience. After working in one of Tulsa's finest dealerships, I truly know there is a better way to buy a car.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Dallas and the team! He helped us out with two cars in one week and the process was easy and hassle free.

Recently purchased a 2024 Kia telluride from Ferguson Kia. Worked with Daryon on purchasing this vehicle. Daryon was very helpful and knowledgeable with the vehicles we looked at. He worked hard for us to get the most out of our trade and did very well. Have bought from Ferguson in the past and will deal with them again when the time comes. Do not call a potential customer and start a fight with him as to why he does not want to buy your vehicle.
I received a call from Melanie. She was extremely nice. We discussed the vehicle and it was discovered that it was not certified per owned. We both agreed that certification could not be accomplished by this dealership and parted ways.
Three days later I received a call from another sales guy (do not remember his name) and after a short discussion I explained to him the reason I was not purchasing. Similar vehicles with 100,000 mile certified warranty were selling for the same price. I understand this dealer is a "one price" dealer and that is why I did not ask any more from Melanie.
He was pushing for me to purchase this vehicle. So, I told him that the only way I was buying if he dropped the price equivalent to what it would cost to purchase 100,000 mile warranty from Zurich.
He started yelling at me as to why would I call the store and ask to purchase vehicle if I had not intent and knowing that they could not certify. This was explained to him again and I told him that he was the one that was calling and this matter was settled with Melanie.
He would not stop and kept going. I hung up.
I do not remember his name, but I would not recommend this guy or this dealer to anyone as he represents this business.
