“I had an alarm and sub put in my truck. Buddy showed me what I could go for design wise and walked me through several subs. I was scheduled for a Wednesday morning and got really busy with work and just plain forgot to drop it off. Buddy of course called and I explained what happened then he got me rescheduled promptly and apologized for the delay. I told him, it was my fault no need to apologize. They got me in and out fast. The alarm is nice and the sub, box and amp are just awesome. Everything is super clean and even the toolbox lid below the sub box that I wanted covered up was routed to match the contour of small little accessory tool box I didn't use. The alarm is awesome and everything works perfectly.

“We bought a new phone I had an upgrade Jessica did everything she could to help it was a busy day the Manger had left at a unfortunate time. But she did her best and did what she could that day. Unfortunately I got locked out of my phone and came in to see if they could hard reset it, used to be easier but this model was harder and had more loops to jump through it didn’t work. Maria tried but ultimately told me that they can't help and said something I wished I'd know before is that they can't help at all when this happens. She could've left that part out or said it a better way than she said it. Other than than usually good service but deff needs to improve on hours and giving more helpful information to the customers.”

“After seeing the review berating the hard of hearing employee, I had to leave my own review. There is a wonderful employee in the clothing section that is legitimately hard of hearing or partially deaf. My daughter lost a phone in the clothing area one day and I asked for help from several employees, and no one had the time to help and only offered to take my name and number in case it was found. After over an hour of searching I asked this employee for help. She actually knew where to find it because it's a common place for lost phones! She also was wearing a sign language shirt so it's apparent she has hearing issues and still gives her all to try an help every guest. She also helped us checkout before!”
“First I am new to Verizon. Due to my phone having a bug in it so my service was very horrible almost everywhere (S22 Ultra) so wifi was a must. I just purchased the phone so it should have been good right? Lol. I went in discouraged and was already complaining about the service (brand new phone). September was able to help with the problem having multiple of them. Ordered a new phone and a couple days later I was back at the store ready to set it up. Rachel helped me and she was just so much fun. You have a problem not her jp lol. Customer service was helped but very little. Spent like over an hour to get a four digit code BOOO LOL. Manager Becky with her super woman cape and she was SASSY with and a huge heart! We won't even go into what she didn't want to do lol. We battered back and forth and it was a HOOT! 2 cookies and an hour and a half later way passed closing Rachel Da da da duh swopped in with the skills to pay the bills mama bear arm wrestled that phone to work LOL! Needless to say I had an amazing experience, an amazing time, phone working great (upgrade!), a whole new experience with Verizon and 2 new besties! Great Job ladies! I'll be seeing you again!
