Please take your money to locally owned coffee shop.......Owner and managers are ruthless cutthroats here .. I promise you they will get you for every last penny they can.. and I literally mean every last penny... If you're one penny short... Spend $25 tip 4.66 ,ask for a cup of water with my order... That's going to be an additional 0.65$.. well I'm a penny short sorry sir . well okay

I’ve been a Dunkin fan but waited sooo long for coffee and 1/2 dozen donuts. I’ve been served a full meal in less time! I asked for a small dark roast coffee and threw it out before getting in my car. It was luke warm and looked and tasted like mud, obviously left over from early morning or day before. I was late getting grandchild from school so couldn’t allow time for them to make it right.

I went there right after 8 in the morning and the box of glazed doughnuts they gave me was so old. They had to have been made at least the morning before. Very stale and disappointing.

I placed a door dash order and got all the wrong donuts. I custom picked the ones that my bosses and peers wanted so we could enjoy our favorite donuts for breakfast. I called and asked if they had the ones that were missing in stock and they did in fact have them. When I asked why none of those came in our two dozen donuts and were instead seemingly replaced by chocolate frosted with sprinkles (because of course my 40 year old MALE sales managers would love sprinkles for breakfast) and the manager told me it was probably my dashers fault for grabbing the wrong box. We find two things wrong with that statement—— one: why is it the dashers responsibility to open boxes / read and match receipts. Seems unsafe and counter productive. Two: the boxes were delivered to me in a bag…. I can only assume that dunkn employees are the only people who had access to dunkn bags and therefore they packed and then BAGGED the wrong order and handed it to my dasher. Then the manager on the phone had a bit of an attitude. It just seems silly that we couldn’t get GLAZED and CHOC FROSTED. the two most common donuts in America couldn’t be included in an order where we specifically requested them. Wild. They also left out the blueberry cake donut we ordered and Max almost cried (my 50+ year old coworker)

I am a Dunkin lover. I frequent Dunkin. This morning I went to get coffee and was utterly disappointed. When I walked in, the employee looked directly at my but didn't speak. She was cordial with the person in front of me (that didn't look like me). I stood there for a few minutes then she finally came to the register. When she came, she just stood there. It got awkward so I spoke and ordered. Once I placed my order and said "thank you" she didn't even reply. So I said it again and she begrudgingly said "thank you." I then waited for my coffee and 14 minutes later I finally got coffee and it was not good. It tasted burnt. It was not the quality I am used to. I couldn't even finish my medium cup because it was not good. This was disappointing.

This location will never receive another dollar from me. The manager Ethan was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for my colleague and I while trying to correct an order that we received. We ordered through Door Dash and rather than asking questions to understand he blamed the dasher. When we pushed back because the dasher doesn't bag orders the manager said "well if it's that important to you, you can bring the incorrect order back and we can swap it." The manager was rude, short, and poor at taking responsibility. I will never spend money here again.
