Yelling a woman's food stamps business while she was in line to pay. Publicly embarrassed her I had to step in as they were going in about her kid too. Asian woman being hateful to this customer for no reason.

This Dollar Tree is usually the best and I typically go here instead of the one closer to my house. The staff there usually have the best customer service around. But there is a cashier named Hannah who was incredibly rude to my child yesterday. My child was simply trying to talk to her about her excitement about the tooth fairy and this cashier treated her terrible to the point I said something. Not happy. Not sure we are going to come back if Hannah is the one doing the "customer service".

Normally I understand and give customer service workers some slack, however I took my siblings to this place to grab some toys and this old lady came to the front and yelled at them for being kids and said “this ain’t how to act in a store” and then proceeded to snatch the toy from their hand. This is NOT how you treat people especially kids. They aren’t your kids so leave them alone!

Great and convenient, however, the hours do not match what is listed online, either fix the hours in store and ensure they are kept as what is listed online or change the hours online to reflect your true hours of operation posted in store.

Very frustrating when you drive somewhere because you're hunting a specific something and its the second store you have been to that is listed as being open, but again have to wait because the hours of operation are not properly listed. What's even more frustrating is I spent more in gas trying to locate a store with accurate hours than I physically spent at the store. So I can only hope that the stores I visited both at least carry what I am looking for and are of the upmost cleanliness considering they show as being open already. And if not that it's noted by management in both places or better yet a district level so that customers aren't driving crazy distances to find locations can't post accurate hours of operation.
