I wish I could give less than one star, the one kid working was on his Bluetooth the entire time I was in the store complaining about his job, the store was a disaster because you could barely get down the aisles and everyone that checked out before me had to ring a bell to get him to come back to the register. I didn't get a thank you for my purchase - there are a lot of choices for shopping and I definitely won't be back here! Awful

Wish I could give this cashier below a 1 star absolutely the worst customer service EVER! Came in for a soda I went to use what appeared to use an open register; but after being addressed in the most unprofessional way she slammed the closed the sign down on the register and told me she had to ring up my soda: I told her that was no way to address a customer and slammed my soda down and walked out to get my phone to obtain the manager information but it was not posted nor was the employee wearing a badge. I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME IN THIS UNPROFESSIONAL STORE!

Mikey the manager got mad because they had things in the wrong spot and he was supposed Honor the price but instead he got mad so I told him I was gonna call corporate and he told us he wasn’t selling us nothing get out the store, but really, he needs to be demoted to a cashier until he learns how to treat customers better because customers make the store not him I had multiple things that I was gonna buy at the store basically he told us are cash was no good because he got mad of the pricing of Foil paper that was in the wrong spot This is my second time having to deal with disrespectful managers because of the pricing is wrong All he had to do is put things in the right spot

The store is a mess. The staff hang outside and smoke cigarettes. I tired to return out of date and flat soda and they refused.I'll follow up with the area manager.

I strongly commend Lisa for doing her job! The other kids in the back office on the other hand… If it weren’t for Lisa I would’ve had to sit there for an hour hearing their nonsense gossip. (I don’t get payed to do self check out. The position is called Cashier for a reason!)

I called this store last minute looking for a practice soccer ball so I could skip the 5:00 Walmart traffic. The lady who answered the phone looked and told me they were out of stock. About 5 minutes later I received a call from an out of state number, so I terminated the call without answering. The number immediately called back, so this time I answered out of annoyance. To my surprise it was a male clerk calling me back from the same store. He had located a soccer ball for me and put it aside until I could pick it up. Now THAT is fantastic customer service, guys. Bravo!

Store is clean but prices don't ring up correctly and the worker refused to do a price adjustment. All she had to say well the price must have changed. Not my fault you didn't change the price on the shelf.

when i realized my wallet (containing 3 different debit cards, cash, my license etc) wasn't in my bag, i knew i had accidentally left it at this DG. i sped up there then skrrrrrrrrt parked carelessly, whole time saying out loud "please pleeeease be there omg please!" ran inside & before i even got to where i left it, David (the most wonderful employee ever) saw me & said "i got it, found it right after you left" as he hands it to me i was like " omg thank u, thank u so much, im gona cry like seriously THANK YOU"i feel like, had anyone else found it i would be in a very difficult situation right now. lucky for me, David found it. i want to thank him as well as DG management for hiring such a great person. ?

They accused me and my daughter of stealing and called the police on us. The police proved we stole nothing. Do not go here to shop.. It's not worth it.
