Google says I'm in the top 10% of reviewers. That being said, prior to this, I have left TWO negative reviews. But man, they earned this one. I know what to expect from Dollar General. Not everything is easy to find, and that's okay. But the staff were absolutely of no help. And one of them took a break to curse at her children over the phone, while I was still asking for some kind of assistance. It's a hodge podge. But straighten up the shelves a bit, learn where Mainstays (like soap and paper towels) are, and if someone asks for help, at least act like you're helping them look. I hate leaving bad reviews. But it seemed like this one was necessary.

Locked doors. Didn’t have the time to put a sign up stating why they're closed. Almost 10 people came and left because doors wouldn’t open. What is happening to the DGs?! Even the soda guy was waiting for them.No hours of operation either.

All the stores have a lot of empty shelves. Even the ones that are usually stocked well. Apparently they are suffering delivery delays.

This dollar general store on 61st n garnett 74133, is horrible!! How do you guys make your own hours of operation and then not open at the time you guys posted to be open!! Such an inconvenience and needs major corporate assistance!!!

There’s always so many boxes and items in the isles, it’s dirty, messy and always out of ALOT of items. I’m talking the whole laundry soap isle. The staff always looks like they just rolled out of bed, rarely in uniform and annoyed when they need to go to the front to check you out or if you ask them to go look for something in the back because you know they just aren’t putting the items out. Don’t come here.

Very rude, every employee just looked at customers like they shouldn’t be here. No one greets you when you walk in and they run away so you can’t ask them a question. If you don’t want the Job leave the job. Let people who take their jobs serious come here and work. The community is fed up with these sorry unhappy employees.

Do not go into this store if you are Caucasian. It's poorly ran...it's dangerous. I witnessed a younger lady beat up a older Caucasian women... it was a racial attack. The management didn't even call the police and the other people where saying, we didn't see anything. The older lady was trying to leave the store. I ran too, it was out of control..the lines are always long. It's a terrible environment. The staff did nothing ,except for one lady. And she couldn't handle it.

this store needs to be closed it always looks like crap.. it's always out of stuff and the staff is rude.. went in today to get a few thing well needless to say I walked out after they told me they were out of bags.. how the hell can you be out of bags. THIS STORE SUCKS!! I will never shop there again..
