Joseph took excellent care of us today and is why I've continued to do business with the discount tire brand. Because of people like Joseph!

Joseph went above and beyond with helping me get new tires and wiper blades. My boyfriend was highly impressed with his customer service. Definitely will be back again.

I received excellent service from Ronnie in sales and Joshua who was in the air check area! Both represented Discount Tires in a way the company should be very proud of!

My wife went in to get a tire repaired that had a slow leak. She went in and someone looked at it and said yes we can fix it. There was a wait so she made an appointment to come back in 30 minutes. So she did with our 3 kids. All for another guy to go out there and come back in saying he can’t repair it but could sell her a new set of tires. Mind you he never even moved the car out if the parking spot. She told him no and he insisted he can’t repair it because the tires are at 2/32. So she left and went to Robertson and magically all her tires are at 4/32 and 5/32 and it took them hardly any time at all to repair it.
I am thankful there are decent tire repair shops (NOT DISCOUNT TIRE) that took care of my wife while I was working and couldn’t do it myself.
What a joke of a store preying on a woman with 3 kids thinking they’d get an easy sale.

My wife took her car in to have a flat fixed. Nail in the center of the tread. Within 24hrs the tire went down again. Made it to the shop and now the tire can not be patched. Lucky for us they can sell us 4new tires.
So either someone sent us back out on a tire that was not safe or today someone is trying to sell us 4new tires. Due to an all wheel drive car you shouldn’t replace just one. Either way this is bad business. Between dangerous work. Or seeing any easy way to make a sell.
Oh and the first thing the sales man says was, these tires are worn. Per sales rep the tire measurement was a 5mm. 8mm being great 1.66 being legal limit. The shop has always been fast with good service. I hate to say it but this will be the last time we buy from discount tire.

Been using them for years. Always friendly, respectful, quick. If they ever make a mistake (it's pretty rare) they always fix it. Good company good prices. Joseph is a killer service rep.

This is such a tightly-run ship. Have never had a bad experience after using them for several years. There's a clear commitment to excellence here, from the top down - one of the salesmen was washing windows while waiting for clients to show up!
This morning, I needed a tire plugged on my wife's car. I showed up 10 mins early, they open 5 mins early, and I was back on the road at 8:15 (no charge). I wish every business ran like this one.

Bought several sets of tire not only for myself but my wife also! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for tires & wheels!
You owe it to yourself and family to go to Discount Tires on 71st Street and Lynn Ln. in Broken Arrow!

I Love going here for my tire needs. This is the second visit that I have made an appointment, arrived on time and walked out with a new set of tires on a vehicle in less than 30 minutes, today was 16 minutes. They are very helpful in getting you the right tires for your needs. They are not pushy trying to sell things you don't need.
After care is great, they always are willing to check my flats and fix or replace without issues. My daughters can stop in and they will take care of them. I can schedule free rotation when I have oil changed.
The lobby is clean and was just remodeled so you can wait in comfort or take a walk to Coney Island or White River right behind the store.

Paid a little over $1400.00 for a set of 4 Continental tires for my mustang wheels. More than I've ever paid for tires in my life. More than my 10 ply truck tires. Took my wheels in to save time and had them mounted and balanced. Got home to put them on the car and a whole string of sticky wheels weights just fell off! Looked and they didn't even clean the dust and dirt off the wheels just stuck the wheel weights on over the dirt on every wheel. Truly saddening and pathetic that you pay that kind of money and get horrible service. I live an hour away so had to drive all the way back in to have each tire rebalanced. Do better please! Your customers deserve it.

I've had two sets of tires installed here, but I'll probably go somewhere else next.
The first visit (wife's tires), I was already questioning their attention to detail - they brought the vehicle out for me to leave and had the "key socket" for my wife's locking lug nuts just hanging off one of the lugs. Had I not seen it, it would have been lost on the road somewhere.
Second visit, my car. When I went to leave they said "all tires are 36psi, but one is saying 51psi on dash - just need to drive a little for it to reset". It was still "51" when I got home, so I grabbed two different tire gauges to check it - *70 PSI*. I let air out down to 36psi and went to check the other tires. When I got to the driver front and put the gauge on, the valve stem *launched* off the wheel and the tire completely deflated. I had to put my car on jack stands, remove the wheel, and take it back to them.
The employee in there (who on my first visit I listened to him tell his coworker "I knew NOTHING about cars until I started here recently") was friendly, but zero help. First, he told me more than once that both my gauges were wrong about the 70psi tire - "we use high-end machines to set the pressure, not like what you probably have at home". I had to explain to HIM that they use high pressures to seat the tire, then have to RELEASE pressure before they finish. On the wheel with the broken valve stem, he said "oh we don't do anything that could cause that" - so I guess it's coincidental that the valve stem I've checked/inflated probably fifty different times happened to break immediately after getting home from this tire change.
I got to pay ~$90 for install, then do plenty of "labor" myself, then pay another ~$70 for a new valve stem install so I could actually drive my car again.

I am happy with my tires. I had 2 tires that were bald, but after driving with the new tires, I could not figure out why the traction did not change. I found out that the pressure in my tires was 7 pounds over. After taking some of the air out, the car drove better.
