Always a good experience. Never have to wait in line to check out. The service here is good, and the associates are very friendly and helpful.

I love their prints! You can usually always get a discount coupon and the associates are all so knowledgeable and friendly.

I will never use CVS pharmacy again and I recommend no else use them either.Between the ripping clients off on the No 90 day scripts to literally charging 85% more than two other pharmacies on the exact same two medications is beyond ridiculous. I personally find that appalling. The business is horrible and the pharmacy staff is rude and ugly.

This happened last week. I went inside to get our prescriptions. While I was waiting watching the workers I heard the automated voice say there were two callers holding. I saw the pharmacist with long blonde hair pick up the phone and push a button two different times then hung up. Then the automated voice didn’t say anything. She hung up on the customers that were on hold. When I got home I realized I didn’t get one of the prescriptions. I called to check if they had it and sure enough I was on hold for a few minutes until someone picked up then immediately hung up. I called back right away and a nice younger sounding girl picked up right away and answered my questions and we were finished in less than two minutes. I am slowly but surely moving everyone’s prescriptions in my family to Walgreens. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had at this pharmacy.

Went here for passport pics. Get medication filled here regularly. Go back often. Nothing good or bad about this location.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out and when I went to get her medication it wasn't ready and I was told to return in a "few hours", which I did and there was a sign on the window that they had closed down the rest of the day. I returned the next day and they said the doctor never called it in, I called the doctor and he verified that they had, confirmed I gave them the right CVS and it was so they said they would re send it just in case. Go back to CVS that evening and they still don't have it, I called the doctor's office back and the doctor himself got on the phone with them right then to verify they had received it and they confirmed. The next day I decide to call first to make sure they have it before I drive there, mind you to this is now say 3 with no pain medication or steroids after having all wisdom teeth pulled, I sat on hold for 23 minutes, the phone was picked up, I said hello and I could hear someone on the other end breathing, I said hello two more times and they hung up. Called back and was on hold for another 20 minutes with no answer. Apparently the competency level of this pharmacy is not at the standard it should be. I will be using another pharmacy from now on so my child doesn't have to sit in pain for days because you people can't do your job properly.

Worst pharmacy! I get a text from cvs telling me my prescription is on order and they will text when it’s ready. I call a week later and they say we don’t have any prescriptions in our system for you. This happens every month. I’m done with them.

There is no one in sight to check out. When I went to return a clothing item I was told by an employee they couldn't help me. I asked if they could find someone who could. She paged Sierra who is apparently the manager who told me they don't accept returns for clothes. I said there is no sign or notification that clothes are not returnable. She pulled a sign from BEHIND the register that was handwritten for employees to see. I said that doesn't help customers. Sierra smuggly said they don't take returns for clothes and cannot help me. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. Having 15 years retail experience this is extremely poor customer service and poor leadership. There is no way for customers to know there is a no return policy. I would have never purchased it if I knew this and basically threw away $19.

CVS has always been the first place I get greeting cards, OTC medications. and makeup. For Christmas I always go to CVS to check for stocking stuffers.

From the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate the entire pharmaceutical crew at this CVS. They went out of their way to make sure I got my urgently needed medication and saved me a thirty hour ER visit. They can’t answer the phones and fill your prescriptions at the same time. This isn’t a job that you want to make mistakes. There’s so many Karen’s in these reviews, YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER!! Thank you so much for everything!!

Never answer the phone, long delays for anything you need... can't speak to a pharmacist they are to busy. Very understaffed. I've moved my buisness to a different smaller pharmacy

Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced!! From the pharmacy deleting my prescription, to them calling me a liar and mocking me. Wish I could rate lower than a 1.

I've read many of the comments and saw how low their ratings are but this is only because of those people not understanding their insurance coverage mostly. They are the best of the pharmacies! I've been going there for many years and they have always been able to answer my questions and concerns. The pharmacists are the ones that are Usually busy filling your prescription and the rest are just techs. Yes they had some rude employees but if you have a problem the managers will help you. Don't get frustrated by them doing their jobs! They are a very busy pharmacy and go out of their way to make sure that you're medication is dispensed to you accurately. They are hindered many times because YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY policies and they will use many different discounts to help you afford medication as your DOCTOR has prescribed. As someone that has had multiple insurance company changes and also am an Oklahoma licensed insurance producer I know without any doubt the comments on here are due mainly to misinformation on the customers end and their understanding of their insurance. An example: you have BCBS as your carrier. You have 55 different prescription plans alone that you never chose as it's part of your plan. that's one example of what the pharmacy must deal with to fill your order. There are literally hundreds of different insurance pharmacy programs that they are forced to provide information not to mention your doctor must send the proper information that is needed to fill your prescription. Those bad comments are only one percent of the numbers of great service since few will comment on their "good"experience but by gosh if you have something you believe to be bad service you'll be online commenting. Anytime you are in the store I ask you to be considerate of the massive job they have and if someone does treat you poorly, realize there may be something going on in their lives that they are having a bad day, let management know. I can tell you they will do everything to correct it and before you leave you will not be upset. Not every experience I've had has been great, but not once was that their fault! It's always that I didn't understand my deductibles or prescription plan with some being that my insurance company didn't believe I needed it. Remember your medical care is not determined by your doctor or pharmacy but an agency that hires uneducated people in a center using a computer program that either approves or denies your claim. Just ask your physician how they feel about it and they'll show their contempt of the system. Be nice and courteous and you'll get it in return.

I have been a pharmacy technician for over 20 yearsIf I ever treated my patients like this CVS does I would have been fired !I called patients if there was a problem with their prescriptionsThey sat on this script for 2 days , never once called me to say they no longer take my InsuranceInstead they let me show up then get mad when I wear it transferred somewhere elseMy doc called or to the wrong pharmacy is the only reason it was at CVS.So Walgreens called them , they were rushed off the phone and said they would fax it overCVS said no one called and refused to fax or over unless Walgreens called .What happened to patient careThis place is so messed up!Now I'm the bad guy because I need my blood pressure medication and yea I'm a little put outHorrible place !! Refused to fill it for me because it's time to closeI bet it ... they want to go home but it all could have been prevented had they just called and said we not longer take your insurance
