The customer service at the Tucson store location is consistently helpful, and employees are trained to answer questions and solve problems. They remember me when I visit and its my go to neighborhood store to get great deals using the many coupons offered through the care pass program.

Sent film in to be developed back in September. Was told it’d take at most a month. It is now almost March and haven’t heard anything. I’ve come to the conclusion that that film is gone, a waste. Happened to both my sister and me. I don’t recommend getting film developed here or pictures printed as their quality is awful also. Go professional even though it’s more expensive. It’s worth it, and one day those photos will be all you have left.

I will never use CVS pharmacy again and I recommend no else use them either.Between the ripping clients off on the No 90 day scripts to literally charging 85% more than two other pharmacies on the exact same two medications is beyond ridiculous. I personally find that appalling. The business is horrible and the pharmacy staff is rude and ugly.

This happened last week. I went inside to get our prescriptions. While I was waiting watching the workers I heard the automated voice say there were two callers holding. I saw the pharmacist with long blonde hair pick up the phone and push a button two different times then hung up. Then the automated voice didn’t say anything. She hung up on the customers that were on hold. When I got home I realized I didn’t get one of the prescriptions. I called to check if they had it and sure enough I was on hold for a few minutes until someone picked up then immediately hung up. I called back right away and a nice younger sounding girl picked up right away and answered my questions and we were finished in less than two minutes. I am slowly but surely moving everyone’s prescriptions in my family to Walgreens. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had at this pharmacy.

Went here for passport pics. Get medication filled here regularly. Go back often. Nothing good or bad about this location.
