My Doctor cannot get anyone to call him back to fill a script! He has called four times in the past two days with no luck. I’m in pain and I'm unable to pick up medicine because of the lazy workers here.

This location is the worst in Broken Arrow I highly recommend driving a little further to the 9th st location…Kim is always super rude and hate to answer questions, I don’t if it’s because of the language barrier but she needs work

If you have an epi pen rx for allergies, do not get your prescription filled here. For two years in a row, I have received epi pens that have a short expiration date. My pens from last year, rx received 10-22, expired on 2-23. My pens that I picked up yesterday, expire on 8-24. I just received the new prescription last week. These should be good for 12 months. Now, I'm forced to call my insurance company on Monday to figure this out. I spoke to the pharmacist yesterday. She was of little help. Basically told me to go by the expiration on the pen. I told her about last year's prescription and how I had just discovered it was only good for four months. She didn't say much. We will be looking at moving to another pharmacy.

1 star for having what my husband needed. 0 stars for pharmacy customer service at the inside counter. Around 4pm my husband was treated very poorly for absolutely no reason. The associate couldn’t find my husband in the system and said he didn’t have any prescriptions there. My husband showed the text he received. The associate tried again and then fussed at my husband abt having 2 profiles like my husband put it in himself. He then went and grabbed my husbands script handed it to him and turned and walked away without a thank you or anything. I wish I could give 5 stars and brag but can’t. If you hate your job please don’t take it out on your customers. My husband is a nice man and didn’t deserve to be treated that way.

Hands down the worst CVS in the area. Save yourself some trouble and go to Walgreens 1 block away.

I came from Texas and our doctor in Texas has sent code to us for us to buy medicine. They first told us that it was (the medicine) 144$, then I showed them the receipt when I first I bought it in Texas, and It was 34$. When I showed them the receipt, they gave us an “discount” and sold it for 32$. Why there was a HUGE price difference? They tried to trick us, would not recommend to anyone.

I asked the young girl at the register if she could discard the coupons (unused CVS ones) for me and she said no. She then held up a trash can and said, “But you can. Here’s the trash can.” Geez. The customer service just gets worse by the day.

The store is okay, but the pharmacy is the worst. The Walmart and Walgreens a block away does 10x better and faster service.

Trust me, the walgreens 1 block away is worth the drive. I don’t know how this CVS is still in business.

Have used this pharmacy for at least 10 years. Quietly put up with poor customer service although at times it was pretty good when the right pharmacist was working and they were properly staffed.Today I waited 10 minutes at the window. The Tech was short with me and told me to come back later because they were busy and understaffed (I need a medicine critical for treating my disease - it comes in a box so there’s nothing to “fill”).I came back 45 minutes later and they were closed. They didn’t tell me their new closing time was 7:00pm beginning the day before. Now I don’t have critical medication for tonight. They have reduced pharmacy time by 2 hours, are understaffed, and frequently out of medication without any indication of when it might arrive (maybe tomorrow’s truck). To be fair this might be due to CVS corporate - but it still creates terrible customer experience.Don’t use this pharmacy if your life or health depends on it. They might fail you at a time you critically need them.I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The store itself it nice and clean but the pharmacy is the absolute worst! No matter what time of day I call, I’m always on hold for more than 10mins or hung up on. If they do answer the phone they don’t even give you time to respond and hang up leaving you to start from square one with the friggin automated system you have to go through just to speak to a live person! When going through the drive through window it takes forever just to be helped and then when they do show to the window you are rushed. When I’ve went inside and there’s no line, only me at the register no one acknowledges you and when they do it take a good 10-15 mins for them to even help. It’s just frustrating that this is a reoccurring thing and it’s not seemed to be close to being fixed in any way, shape or form!

I would give zero satisfaction rating if I could. The pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced in my life, very rude and unhelpful when asked for clarification on things they should either know the answer to, or could figure it out. Then get surprised when people get upset when they don’t give the proper help to their customers or explanations; or when they say they’ll help you and come back to the window 10 minutes later, just to say they can’t help you now because they’re “closed”. If you value your time, and sanity I would steer clear of this place.
