Hope has always done a fantastic job with our dogs!! She is kind and caring and so friendly to see us each time we bring them in. She has been our groomer for years and I’m very thankful for her.

We LOVE hope and Friends. My dogs are not the best behaved but Hope still loves on them and does amazing job on Henry and Layla. Henry likes nobody but he sure loves his Hope and they smell so good after ❤️❤️❤️

Hope and her staff are always caring and looking out for what’s best for the pets health and well being. Hope takes time and has attention to detail. As a groomer of over 15 years I’ve had the pleasure of working with Hope myself, and have first hand experience with her work ethic and temperament. She takes the time to care for the animals to help them look and feel their best and to please their human companions. Hope has served the Broken Arrow community for over 20 years and has a true passion for animals and a true talent for grooming. Hope and friends are great people that love animals and love what they do, Broken Arrow has a great groom shop with Hope and Friends.

Hope was first of all- rude and critical to me when I walked into the door, using a judgy tone and making snobby remarks about how we have tried to self groom the dogs before and how grown out their faces were. Like, aren’t you there to help pets and owners instead of making them feel judged?! Second of all- my mother and I asked for their body to be cut down with a guard and their face to TRIMMED not SHAVED! When I picked them up that afternoon, I barely noticed them! My female had knicks around her face and ears but my male had a complete cut on both ears. Below are pictures of how scabbed over the tips of his ears were after a week of taking them to this groomer. My dog’s ears have been irritating him and inflamed. Definitely not a good experience for my dogs or for us. Will not be going back.

This place is amazing! They are my permanent groomers for My pommy Melo. He has leg issues and also gets very nervous. Since day 1 they have been very understanding of his condition and have taken precaution so he can have a great and safe experience. He still gets nervous but is more comfortable with them every time we take him and he
comes out beautiful in the process. Hope and everyone who works there vatþ understanding, friendly, and very professional would recommend to anyone looking for groomers! Thanks so much Hope and Friends!

10/10. Hope & Friends were able to help my wife and I get my father's dog in quickly. We just moved him in with us and the old guy just needed some TLC. Then we screwed up the dropoff time and thankfully they were able to cut him still. They did an absolutely fantastic job with him and he looks fantastic and will definitely bring him back. Thank you so much.

Wonderful groomers. They are very nice and have good availability. They are cash only which isn’t a problem but something to know going if you go.

I had an amazing first appointment with Hope. She did an amazing job, and knew just how to cut and shape my Aussies. I’ve been to a few other places and they charged so much more and took twice as long. My husband loved the way the smelled, looked and felt. We are going to recommend and return for the foreseeable future!

I don’t think it would be possible to find a groomer who cares more about their clients. Hope does such a great job with our doodle. We choose to have her shaved twice a year and they do a great job of leaving some hair. Last groomer would just shave to the skin.

Hope was referred by a friend. I called for an appointment and got in the next day. Our Fox Terrier didn't shake or act scared. He was groomed so well and we are so pleased to have found Hope! Just really a professional place that has very good customer service!

I think this place just gained a loyal customer. I called to see how much they charge to cut a dog's toe nails and she said it was $10.00 when i pulled up and walked in the door she came straight to me with her Clippers in hand and my dog had never had her nails trimmed before. It took two of them to cut her toe nails and it was done in no time. I paid them $23.00 and they earned every dollar! Thank you for the great friendly service. We will be returning when we need any grooming services for our fur baby
