This place has a ChargePoint charger located at it based off the PlugShare app that lets you know when a charger is available , open to the public and working having no miles because we’re traveling we connected were charged when connected weren’t even plugged in 20 mins when we get a tap on our window by some gangly looking white guy who couldn’t be more rude tells us you can’t be here or charge here“ he paused we looked at each other in shock looked back at him in confusion and he says “ this doesn’t charge people and it’s not for public use”, I let him know that no where on that app does it say that and that we were definitely charged. He gave one of those immature mimicking careless dumb looks at us and said “ you need to leave.” We then proceeded to tell him that’s fine we’re just giving you helpful information maybe you should post a sign on the charger then like the one next to it that says out of order ? He walked over to the station as if to unplug us but turned around and walked away on the phone . So future EVs be warned as to what you could expect from these people as they cant problem solve on their own and rush to greet you so nasty for trying to charge your car. You’re not welcome .

Did a horrible job on aligning my door on my 2017 malibu. Didn't replace the door striker so my door opens past what it's supposed to and my keyless entry on my door handles don't work anymore

The Chris Nikel Collision center did an excellent job fixing my hail damage!! Jared who worked with me was very detailed & informative the whole way thru. He also listened. My Lexus came back beautiful & perfect!! I will definitely have any body work in the future I need done there. ?

This review is for Dillion in the service department. I had wheel locks on my Chrysler and we lost the key, of course my car got a flat tire. I had it towed to a local tire shop in Bixby because they were confident they'd be able to get them off. Well they weren't able to get them off. I spoke with Dillion and he told me he'd be in the Bixby area the next day (the day before Christmas Eve) and could bring the master key set to hopefully find a match to get them off. Dillion showed up the next day right on time and was able to get them off! I am very impressed at this amount of customer service where Dillion went out of his way to help a complete stranger. He saved me the hassle of having to call another tow truck to have it towed to the dealership and having to pay another unexpected bill right before the holidays.

Feb-Mar '23: Chose this repair shop after an accident that was not my fault. Thought they did a wonderful job, and as far as looks go, they did. My 2013 Dart looks pristine (like it did before the accident).When we picked up the car, they asked us if we had an extra set of keys by chance, because their mechanic had just locked our key inside (it has a manual key inside the fob, not sure how their mechanic locked it and set the keys down in the car). No, we don't, so they had to break in to my car essentially. Before bringing the car in, I would sometimes lock the car running so the heater would warm the car, and use my manual key to unlock the driver's door. I haven't needed it since we picked up the car. With the hot weather, and having a 6 month old, I tried to do the fob and key with ac 7/17. My key no longer opens my driver's door. I was unable to get in and had my 7 year old and 6 month old outside in summer weather when my boss already left so I couldn't go back inside. My husband was 10 minutes away, so not too bad, but then I had to pay $57 to PopALock. My tpms sensor in my front driver tire no longer reads, either. We tried multiple times to contact Danny but he ignored us. Now that my key doesn't work, I will not be ignored any longer. All I ask for is them to fix the 2 things they broke without saying anything.I will update my review and stars accordingly.

Chris Nikel has the worst service department in the country. Do NOT buy anything from them, or have service done. You're going to be price gouged.

I can't even begin to share all the frustration we have felt concerning our Jeep "repair". Where to begin?Every time I spoke with Danny on the phone he was in a hurry to rush me off and was not actively listening to our concerns. Example, we started experiencing a shimmy in the front end which progressively got worse. We explained this was not an issue prior to the accident. It was as if Danny wasn't listening. He said the issue was the tires not being rotated, all four tires needed to be replaced and they needed to be rotated every 1000 miles. No, that's not a typo. 1k miles. Guess what?. We went to Discount Tire and we only needed the front tires replaced due to flats spots, most likely from the accident.When we received the Jeep back the FIRST time, we found the spare wheel was heavily damaged, there were paint runs and heavy orange peel in the paint. We dropped the vehicle off again.A week later, Danny called and said the Jeep was ready. He said he "gave it a good hard look" and they "tried to make sure the work was done properly. It was not. There are still paints runs. I found multiple bolts that were not tightened down and bolts backed way off.Our next call is Jeep USA to attempt to have this resolved.Service: Body & Trim
