“I just had our car repaired by Gerber Collision & Glass in Broken Arrow 1505 E. Kenosha. Estimator Matt was professional and friendly. He had good eye contact and gave accurate and detailed information. The work was quick and beyond my expectations. They fixed our broken trunk lock on on our 2017 Sonata. They also charged a very reasonable rate for parts and labor. The customer service from Matt and the front desk representative, Devine was OUTSTANDING. You can't go wrong with Gerber Collision and Glass in Broken Arrow. Facilities are clean and a great location, easy to find. Lastly, i was in customer service for 43 yrs before retirement. If i was their customer service director, i would give Matt, Devine & the technician a superior rating. Forgive the lengthy review, but details make a difference. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays”

“Really helpful crew at the broken arrow location being I was lied to at sulpulpa location flew into ok. From nc. After being told I could rent the car a curtain way with no issue get there first thang and nothing I was told in sulpulpa was correct so now I'm stranded in supulpa but broken arrow picked up and was very help ful so big shout out to broken arrow and the truck rental side thank you Sheddrick B.”

“I have never set foot into the enterprise section of Chris Nickels... It just so happens to share the entrance to the parts department in which I frequent several times during my work week... So it always pings and pops up as if i had engaged with Enterprise Rental... Maybe some day soon I will make it a point to at least step both feet inside their offices and see what's going on, say hi and who knows, maybe my next new best friend is under that ceiling...stranger things have happened.....”
