He was professional, on time and just got the estimate back very quickly. A few weeks later to install the glass and was great having to work around my schedule. “I stopped by the Gerber location on Kenosha in Broken Arrow on Friday evening. Because of the extent of the damage to my vehicle, I had to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with how kind and patient the technician was. My rear window was busted, and they put plastic over it for me at no charge to help make the vehicle easier to drive. I thought this was very considerate of them.
The receptionist wasn’t as friendly or welcoming, but overall my experience was still positive. I ultimately got the estimate from another body shop due to timeliness, but I wanted to acknowledge the helpful technician and the extra care they provided.”

“Got a rock chip on the windshield of my Navigator during a road trip. Made the appointment on thier website. Once I arrived for the appointment, they were courteous and started work on my windshield right away. It was completed in about 15 minutes, and the tech did a great job! The chip is barely noticeable now and I have the confidence that the chip will not developed into a crack and spread. Money well spent!”
