We have bought 3 new cars in the last 6 years and with each one, within the first 3 weeks, we ve had a random rock on the highway Crack our windshield. State farm has been the very best at returning calls, directing us, getting us set up with whatever we ve needed and NEVER once was there any issues whatsoever with their service and assistance , as we encountered with others long ago. I was unfortunate to experience significant storm damage last August. Handling an insurance claim is generally unpleasant, regardless of the provider. However the remarkable support of Anna Plummer and Edna Martinez, along with Brittanie Portillo McCoy, significantly improved my experience.
They were easy to reach, extremely pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable, all while showing genuine care. Highly recommend!

I needed to get new car insurance before heading out on a trip. I walked into their office right during lunch and they jumped to get me taken care of. I was on a time crunch, so this type of customer service was tremendous and would recommend anyone to go here.
