Binswanger sent agents to our house to measure the table we wanted glass cut for, however - none of their service agents are aware of their company's limitations.The initial quote we received was on the high side, but we decided to get the work done. A couple days later......Binswanger said they thought they could cut the glass themselves but sent a new quote stating they can not cut the glass. The price was DOUBLE!! We will not use Binswanger.Save yourself time, use a different glass company for any 'full service' custom glass needs.

Scheduled an auto glass replacement on a Monday to be completed on Thursday. Then got a call at 4:00 the Wednesday before saying that we “might” see bad weather. So, it needed to be rescheduled the following Tuesday! Safelite could’ve done it on the Wednesday these clowns rescheduled, but I tried to support the Broken Arrow businesses. I guess they don’t need the business. I would definitely look somewhere else for the service!

I needed two glass shelves for my office desk. I was a little nervous about getting the measurements exact. I just picked up the shelves today and they fit PERFECTLY. The quality of glass and the edging are much better than the original glass shelves that were formerly there. Their customer service lady at the front desk was very accommodating and polite. I will definitely use their services again.

At my business we always get auto glass repairs here. Very professional service. Also they do custom glass panes for a reasonable price. Never had a bad experience here.

Called about broken window. They came out next day as they said they would and measured window. Told me they would have to order window and would call when it came in about 2 weeks. Called when window came in and installed next day. Employee was nice and am happy with window.

Excellent customer service, very fast response time! Our installer (Manny Armadillo) was extremely professional and super friendly. I strongly recommend Benswanger Glass for all your glass needs! We had a repair done on a glass entry door and plan on taking our auto in for a windshield repair. Top rate service!!
