Stopped by for a quick estimate after a small accident left a scrape on our truck. The staff had one of the guys to come look at it. He said just a minute. Came back with some acetone and wiped it off! He could have told us to do it - but he did it with a smile! Helped to know what was needed and what was not needed! Definitely will consider them in the future!

Had my car in shop for total of 6 weeks. Had to take back in due to engine light coming on. Had to take back a third time but to s dealership bc the problem was not fixed. Poor communication on progress of repairs… never called back when asked them too. Poor customer service. Would not recommend!

Had my wife's car for about 6 weeks and Robert Hawley was not in communication with us or our insurance about what was going on or taking so long and when asked just said they were waiting on parts every time. We decided to take our car to a different place and when we went to pick it up nothing had been done on the car, they killed a brand new battery so we had to get it towed to the new place. On top of all of that they still charged us $600. Do not take your car here.

Wow the rudest place I've ever encountered they said they were too busy and told the guy next to me they were not concerned with customer service. After he walked out.Then I tried to set an appointment she was unable to accomplish that with out condescending explaining how insurance worked. I just wanted an estimate. DON'T USE THIS PLACE

They were not reliable at all. Made promises that wasn't kept and lied about when product was available. They had our vehicle from 09/08 until 09/21 and they never touched it in 14 days. They finally did pull it in to work on after we complained. We decided not to let them work on it and they didn't replace 3-4 pieces of hardware to remount the bed of the truck. We had to pay for the hardware at the new repair shop. We were also out the rental car money we had while they had the truck and never touched it for 14 days.

I gave this company a 1 because when they were writing up the preliminary estimate, she told me that I'm not going to even finish it because I don't want to waste my time. That's very poor customer service because I took that as I don't have time for you. Yes, I had an older car and yes the estimate was going to be more than it's worth but the least you could do is finish it so I could give it to my insurance. I will never go there ever again!!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I came in this place and they worked me in after I told them a date another place gave me. Said they would order the parts then, so they would be ready when I dropped my truck off. When the time came I dropped it off and asked how long they think it would take, she said "roughly 2 weeks, unless we find more damage". Well she called back and said there was more. I knew this way going to take longer. After 1 week they called and said it would be ready that following Tuesday and it was ready. The work was done great and I'm still shocked how fast they did the work. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Amazing businessServices: Painting
