Horrible HORRIBLE experience staff look at you so rude and like they hate you and your going to rob it’s like they hate everyone who steps foot in that building horrible ? prices too and ofcourse the service such rude little girls that all need to get talked to

Staff is rude and standoffish. Every time I have been there while my sister is shopping I am met with glares and pretentious side eye. The staff will make you feel like an 18th century peasant. Would not recommend for anyone. EXTREMELY LIMITED MENS SECTION.

Very disappointed in my first time here. I understand policy and rules, so I came back a second time with the proper baskets and took time to fold all my clothes for them to go through. Staff was not friendly at all, did not make me feel welcome as a customer trying to establish an account for business together. But I waited and ignored that as they are younger teenagers and probably don’t understand the effect or their attitude/tones. After almost 40 minutes, she explained I was short 6 items for the threshold to be accepted as a customer but they still wanted a pile of 10+ items that wasn’t included in the other total amount to start up an account?? My clothes are name brand, very well taken care of, clean, etc but I do understand not all items are needed. She told me to bring more baskets for them to go through in order to be an account holder but wanted to hold on to my other items without my name and information. Again, I understand rules but this extremities for a consignment shop is over the top. Do not recommend and will be keeping my business with Uptown Resale a mile over because I don’t have to bring baskets and I can drop off and pick up without waiting them to examine clothing. I have wasted so much time already trying to set up an account here. Many 1 star reviews for a reason

My 9 year old granddaughter can almost always find cute outfits and shoes in her size, and the prices are reasonable.

I brought items in a basket for the first time a week ago. The young lady went through and selected FOURTEEN items (20 are required to set up an account). She showed me which items they would select, said I needed to add 6 more summer items and then I set up an account to consign. Today I brought in 8 additional items and when I checked in, this girl would only take FOUR items. She said the other girls are “in training” and that was her excuse for not taking the originally selected items. She gave me new selection criteria and that again, the other girls (thr owners daughters by the way) were in training. Bad business practices. Do not spend your money here. I put back the items I was going to buy. Now the other daughter is standing in the parking lot watching me type this review and watching me like I’m a criminal. Don’t shop here!!

I have consigned here for several years and probably will not be back.. while in there shopping, my 8 month old got a dirty diaper. I asked if I left my stuff out at the desk if I could use a changing room to change her diaper and was told no in a very rude way and looked at with disgust. That’s ridiculous. I left my stuff at the counter and left.

Nice place, a better than average consignment shop. Nice quality of items, a mix of new and used clothing and accessories.

Have consigned here over 15 years & will not be back but to clear my account. The owner is incredibly rude with ridiculous rules that she has trained her workers to abide by. No public restroom, no using their laundry baskets even though they have a whole stash bc they demand no trash bags, must stay inside the store while they sort through your clothes even with a wild 2 year old getting filthy from their floor. I do not recommend wasting your time or supporting this business.

Maybe I should’ve taken into account the MULTIPLE reviews stating how the employees were rude, however I didn’t. I finally came in today after seeing the stuff posted on their Facebook and I was so excited at first. No one greeted me when I walked in. Within a minute of being in there I see an employee just standing in the middle of the store just staring at me with this nasty look on her face watching me. I try to smile and say hi because I think oh maybe she’s having a bad day. She doesn’t smile back just the same scowl on her face. When I walk past her she turns to see where I’m going making it intentional that she’s watching me. I left shortly after that because I don’t care what you’re selling if you’re that rude! So yes it is true the employees really are THAT RUDE. I won’t ever be going there again!

The actual clothes were pretty okay, prices seemed fine. But the manger was what my problem is with, that blonde lady who does consignment, she was very rude, she yelled at customers, I had a VERY AWFUL experience with her. Everyone else was nice but the blonde lady was not IT.

Very disappointed. Employees are amazing and kind. However, I’m disappointed in the manager. I also wish it was less crowded. Seems like a good place if the manager was nice (blonde lady) and the environment was good for the employees

Ok the prices are very fair, the employees are rude beyond measure. Like they could see we were struggling with two kids and they wouldn’t let us even use their bathroom, they recommend you go next door to HOW which has fecal matter all over the bathroom. I am very displeased with how the employees and manager treated and looked at us.

I wanted to take nice summer clothes some with tags still on them. I took the time to make sure they were cleaned a pressed so I was carrying them in over my arm …I was told I would need to come back with them in a trash bag or something ?! She had a stack of empty laundry baskets behind she could have offered?! Needless to say I will not be returning!!!!
