I was able to make an appointment and drop my car off with ease, I signed up for text updates and was updated as the work was done until the work was complete. When I got the not notification that the work was complete, I went to go pick up my car I had a great experience with the front desk associate. The inside was wiped down, vacuumed and looks like the seats were cleaned also! Would definitely recommend caliber collision!”

“Huge shout out to the MIT Brett Stevens who is currently working at this location. I was traveling for business, 190 miles from home when my battery died. Roadside assistance wanted to tow the vehicle, so I randomly chose this location and gave them a call. Brett happily agreed to bring the new battery to my hotel and replace it on site. Very friendly service and was on site within 15 minutes. Some of the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you, Brett!”

I called them the next day to let them know why the car was there and when I would have it towed. They were very gracious about it and asked how I was.”
