“I went in tonight to buy a battery and I had called prior to see if they could replace my battery. After looking it up, Max said it stated that it may not be able to be done because it says it may be difficult and require it be done at a shop but he thinks he could do it. Once I get there, the nice man at the counter stated he didn’t think they could but I waited for Max. He did it within 15-20 minutes no problem. He was super helpful and his customer service was outstanding!”

When my radiator broke, I immediately called Carl. He told me to safely pull over right away, which ended up saving my entire vehicle. From there, I had my Jeep towed and placed in the hands of the Collision Center. Danny stayed in touch throughout the process, keeping me updated and easing the stress while insurance took longer than expected. Meanwhile, the team had already started repairs to keep things moving.
Thank you all so much for going above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

“I stopped by the Gerber location on Kenosha in Broken Arrow on Friday evening. Because of the extent of the damage to my vehicle, I had to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with how kind and patient the technician was. My rear window was busted, and they put plastic over it for me at no charge to help make the vehicle easier to drive. I thought this was very considerate of them.
The receptionist wasn’t as friendly or welcoming, but overall my experience was still positive. I ultimately got the estimate from another body shop due to timeliness, but I wanted to acknowledge the helpful technician and the extra care they provided.”
