I love the staff there both of the girls are extremely sweet and friendly very helpful get in a jam just call him they'll work with you I highly recommend the storage to anybody very very nice people

I rented 6 outdoor RV slips for my business. I was there about a year with no problems then someone stole a catalytic converter off one of my trucks and vandalized their gate. I reported the incident to management and they called me later that day and said it was my son who did it because they have his truck on video. I requested to see the video and they said yes but then gave me excuses.I dropped off pictures of my sons truck and my son at their office. Three days before the end of April we left another message. Management finally returned my wife’s call and admitted it was NOT my son but a similar looking truck but they were not renewing our lease. So I had 2 days to relocate 6 trucks.Then they billed me for the next month anyway and automatically took it out of my account. We had to call to ask for a refund. I am still waiting a couple days later for the refund.They seem to have no regard for me as a customer. They never apologized for falsely accusing my son. I would not recommend them.

The owner of these storage facilities should be ashamed they are increasing the price during a pandemic when everyone is having such a hard time making ends meet , It's nothing more than GREED!! SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!

If i could describe in one word it would be greedy.... If you expect a rate increase every 3 months, you bet its a great spot....... I am guessing they are full and want to push out their old clients, so they can charge people waiting for units A LOT more

I haven't had any problems with this storage place. I recently moved out and moved back in because I like this location better and the staff are always super nice. I'm not sure why one lady gave a bad rating for humidity....they can't control that specially on outside units. You're subject to whatever the weather throws out, humid, dry, cold, hot.

We have used this storage location for the past year for our RV. We go there each weekend to retrieve our RV. Each time we leave there is another tenant that leaves all his junk in the driveway and makes it impossible to leave with our truck and RV. We have called management 3 times about this and they have not done a thing. For $350 a month I would expect better service. Do not use this storage facility for your RV.

Actually not pleased with this place 2 to 3 times a year im having to replace the boxes because of the moisture in the units.

Not sure what I could say about a storage place but I've been with them for more than 2 years and they've always been courteous when I've had to deal with the people in the front and keep the place clean overall.
